I went today and bought 5 chicken ,ask the cashier if she could cut them and she answered No.She said was very busy, there was a few people , but not alot.Customer service wasn't good.

I came here at 8:00 . I called but the lady said give 20 more minutes. They should open at the time it said in the internet. I like to come here but sometimes. They don't have the chicken ready. Fox example the old chicken. They said wait for the Old chicken it's not ready.

They tend to cheat people who don't know spanish. I asked for a hen and I needed it skin off and cut, they made me wait which is fine. But I heard the cashier call out and say 'chiquita' and I just googled and see that it means small. So if you don't know spanish they tend to be taking advantage of you.

The owner goes out of his way to be helpful, literally holding up the birds to help me choose the best one for my Thanksgiving and it was PERFECT! Super Juicy and you cannot get it any fresher! This was my 3rd year going there and I have yet to be disappointed. If you enjoy Fresh Poultry that is not injected with who knows what...This is the place to go!
Animals are treated terribly & locked in cages. I mean, do you REALLY want to put that in your body?Please do not support this business.

Horrible customer service...was on the phone all the time and didn't even speak and only gestured. Specifically asked for no skin and a particular size cut...what we got was necks feet and oversized cuts. Organic chicken at wholefoods is half the price compared to here...needless to say my first time will be the last time as well.

My first time buying in this place but the truth is that the cashier was in a bad mood. 2 women who were working there didn't say hello or anything and they were laughing and laughing. They don't ask you if you want the chicken whole or broken almost in those places they always give you That option the chicken was hot as if they washed it with very hot water or if they have had it for a while I came home worried thinking that it could spoil it. The price is ok and the size is fine and it is clean but the bad mood of the lord ?

I came to buy chicken here since it is fresh. I currently am trying to eat better for health reasons , the chicken is delicious but the man on the register is very rude!!!!! Like he hates his job or something makes me feel like he is rushing me to leave !!! The women there just stare at you like you’re at their house and don’t even bother to help . Al though the chicken is great . It is not worth seeing people’s stank face!!!
