The girl at the front is beyond rude to anyone who doesnt speak english rolling her eyes and giving the dirtiest looks. She gave an older couple the rudest experience and just shruged her shoulders instead of asking someone who spoke spanish to.come help her. So rude and doesnt deserve to be getting paid to treat people like that.. short pale girl shes always there for some reason no one else bothers to say anything .... very disappointing to see it being ran by such a disrespectful person...

zero stars! i ordered two combo bowls, i said brown rice for both they gave me white, that wasn't the big issue when i got home i wanted to eat my food the rice was all hard & chewy if it was undercooked or old so disgusting! never coming back here again. on top of that the service was horrible.

It is a busy location. Expect to have a bit of a wait time. The place smells like sewer. It's hard to find parking. Outside of the building is not the cleanest, but the inside is pretty clean. The staff was kind but took about 15 minutes to get our meal, for a party of four.

Can believe they made me wait a hour just to get my order! I order thru online on a Saturday morning and they supposedly were open. But had wait. They had paper that they were going to open later didn't specify the time they were going to be open. Was calling 7 time just to cancel my order they didn't answer. So I waited on there parking lot for a hour until they decided to open. I don't know why they accepted order thru online if they were close and not open!
Ordered on postmates didn’t receive my sauces that I paid for then I called n they hung up on me before I even got to talk.

1 star says it all. The cashier dont give a crap if you are at the front to order they have their back turned and chat with the cook until i say something to the cashier. I also went to their restroom and it literally smells like people pissed all over the bathroom, disgusting as fuck

The Cashier named Adela Z is a rude Server or Cashier. She is insulting whoever ask her question when she is currently serving current customer. She can reply politely to the other Customer who asks only one question to her while serving the current one. The entire Restaurant in general is very dirty. The tables are never cleaned, you have to clean yourself. I would never recommend this business at all. Although it has a good location but the current employees of November 2023 morning shifts are worst! Please take a pride to arrange this business employees with the more competent one. I had a nightmare experience and I will never come back to this location anymore. I miss Japan and I thought I can see a peek of it through this restaurant but I was wrong. Kindly hire a new employees soon! Many thanks!
