This Dutch has complete different vibe from every other Dutch bros. I drive past this place and goto chico instead. I order a drink here and it’s wrong they say I ordered it wrong and to order it another way next time.. I do that exact thing and it’s also an issue.. never had any issues at any other location.

This is a wonderful place for the employees to work. It shows in their happy, friendly attitudes that they have while you go through the entire purchase process with them! Super put together, quite fast, and way cheaper than Starbucks. Where the employees seem to fake their happiness and your order is just a transaction.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they have a separate window for walk ups.
Great service as always! Always friendly12-20-23 - I went today to get a drink, asked for light ice, which i do everywhere, and didn't get light ice (which to me is like 1/4 to 1/3 of the size of the cup), over 1/2 the cup was filled. They are friendly and fast otherwise.

They have many sugar free syrups to choose from and non dairy options to make your favorite refreshing caffeinated or decaffeinated drink. The staff will come out and take your order when the drive through line is overflowing. Normally both entrances are open, but it wasn’t this time. Best to enter on Center St./Skyway. Clearance height is 9’-10” for those who drive a vehicle with a high roof.

This place actually prefers people block the side street all the way to skyway instead of directing traffic safely. And yes, they will look right at you, and walk all the way to the street sidewalk to serve people who are in traffic. Worst Dutch in the county. Go to Chico, the attitude is better and they actually try not to block the busy roads. They also have more than one staff member to handle orders. No music, no smiles, no fun in Paradise.

I have always had excellent customer service at Dutch Bros at any location I've gone to. It's known for it's friendly and fun vibe. Today, was notably horrible. So horrible that I'm actually taking the time to write a review. The teen boy that took my order at the Paradise location was grumpy and unfriendly. I felt like he spoke to me like he probably speaks to his parents. I'm sure they aren't short on applicants that would be happy to have his job if he hates it so much. Really disappointing because I was taking my children there as a special treat and he ruined the experience.

First time trying Dutch Brothers coffee before the trip back home to Reno, NV. WOW... the iced coffee was delicious! Bold with cream and iced.Service was great - drive thru. Servers were friendly. They are true survivors to stay or come back to the area, which was devastated by the "Camp Fire"Brings hope and encouragement for all.
