The pastor is so good it is the most authentic mexican food you can get in paradise and i would take the drive from chico just to eat here. The only issue is there are a lot of bees but the food is just so good. 11/10
Fiesta Taco is one of the best Taco Trucks in Paradise, Ca!!! The food is authentic and very tasty. Yum. They accept Debit/Credit card as well, which isn't found very often within food trucks in paradise. The menu is also full of items to pick from along with savory meats to accompany these items. Try the Taco Combo plate(2 tacos and rice and beans), at 6$ it is a bang for your buck. Another one of my favorites is the Torta asada.

For a Mexican restaurant on wheels, it’s a good quiet spot to relax and have a bite to eat. Currently stationed on the CMA church north parking lot.Parking: It’s on the premises of the Christian Alliance Missionary building. M-F is usually the best time to go, because it’s not during services held on those days.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s located in a huge parking lot and also has many special parking spots those who need them.
