I ordered food thru the app. Talked to the young lady that the previous night I had ordered food thru the app but once I arrived there wasn't no truck. She guide me to contact the app for a refund. Moral of the story never got a refund or the actual food. Was a customer for the past 6 months buying twice a week. I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Order number #2508462

My daughter suggested this food truck, was not expecting it to be as good as it was. The quality of their food is really good. Although he wait time is a bit more than I'd like to wait for "take-out" but worth the wait. Recommended 100%!

The BESSST hibachi lonchera! I've tried multiple different hibachi loncheras and by far bachi yaki has the best flavor, portion size, and pricing. You may have to wait a bit to receive your food since everything is made fresh so I do recommend placing an order online for pickup. Definitely give it a try!

I ordered online thru yelp/grubhub, it says my order is ready but when I get there they tell me 10 more minutes. I finally get my food. I ordered shrimp fried rice for two of my combos which is a dollar extra each and neither of them had it along with an extra dollar for two sauces that I didn't receive either. The food is good but forgetting my items on more than one occasion is disappointing.

If saving money from Benihana I recommend a hibachi truck. It's pricy but delicious. The sauce prices went up and they started to only fill the sauce containers 1/2 way. Also they never have chopsticks which is a factor in eating Japanese food.
The food was whack and overpriced for the quality.They stuff the bowl 3/4th of the way with plain steam rice, and stuff the protein portion with more mushrooms than chicken. Thank for reminding me why I haven't gone here in a long time!

This place never disappoints. I get the NY steak and shrimp with steamed rice like clock work. I order my steak medium, the portions are amazing, meat is flavorful, juicy and top quality. Same goes with the shrimp, and the steamed rice always on point. I add the noodles to this joint because it's mandatory lol. Been coming here for over a year and it never fails me. Worth every penny, customer service is the best. Only once I had an incorrect order given to me and I was taken care of within minute and spoke to Eva, the manager herself to get this issue resolved. This demonstrates they care about the customer and want to make things right every time. Big shout out to her and her staff for making my meal epic last night. I highly recommend this truck if you're in the area. 10/10 New York Steak Plate

The one time I had an issue with my online order on the ChowNow App they made sure it was corrected and made sure I got the right thing.
