The prices are pretty pricey, but for the love ingredients and originality of the cocktails I guess it's alright, but I'm not staying for more than two lol. We ordered 4 cocktails and two mocktails and it was about $100 so time to go home lol. They have yummy little snacks and overall we were happy with this new Long Beach spot.“

The restaurant's interior is traditionally regal and cozy however we opted to eat in their spacious outside eating area on this beautiful afternoon. No regality was lost by being outside for we were in the care of Gilberto, our wonderful principle waiter. He understood our every need and pampered us like one seldom encounters in Long Beach. We began with an Old Sicilian cocktail. It's probably fortunate the photo didn't come out else I'd be shamelessly punning the caption, but most importantly it was delicious with quite a punch. The crab cake appetizer, also delicious, was followed by the best hamburger that I've ever had and that includes any produced from my kitchen (I consider that to be the highest praise). “Everything was great. Atmosphere was amazing. Drinks took awhile and my friend whose birthday it was never got her second drink. And when it was time to pay I wanted to leave a little early so I had the waiter split my bill plus the birthday girl's drink and he ended up charging me the remainder on my card which was $130 instead of the $68 eventually we put everything on my card and had two transactions on my card instead of voiding it and having that amount pinned on my bank account. For what it's worth if this happens to you especially if you go in a large party remember that it is best to just zelle each other then void the transaction and have multiple pending transactions on your bank account. I was a little disappointed that all the waiter wanted to offer was to void the whole thing because as a server myself I know that this causes multiple pending transactions. So from both the customers point of view and the servers to make your life easier and theirs remember that nobody's perfect and mistakes can be made and if you can take the initiative to lead your group so that the money isn't lost in cyberspace so that not only the bill gets paid but everybody feels like they put a fair amount in then your experience will be a good one even if it seems like it's going south. So in conclusion I ended up staying a little bit longer than I wanted to but I felt like this was an experience that had to be shared and I hope this is helpful for people in the future.“

“My husband took me here to celebrate my birthday and he chose it because we were going to the Opera after to see La Traviata, so he wanted to make a theme night. The restaurant is small and quaint. They had live music. The decor is very simple, a bit rustic? But had some very pretty chandeliers. You must have reservations and must arrive on time. Our server was very polite and was quick at answering questions and making suggestions. I ordered the Chicken Milanese, and my husband had the Lasagna. Both were very delicious. We did not have any wine although it looked like they had a good selection and we opted for no dessert (good selection as well), as our meals were pretty good size. “Our favorite neighborhood hang right now! Riley's never disappoints. I love the Watermelon Margarita. They have a decent beer selection. All the food is excellent! The Poke Wonton Tostadas and Ceviche are delicious and reliable appetizers. The Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad and the Steak Salad are two of my favorites. They serve very, very good pizzas and burgers. But my absolute all time favorite item on the Riley's menu is the Smash Burger. This burger is perfect in every way!!! If you haven't checked Riley's out yet, I recommend you do.“

Normally we wouldn't mind but we were craving very specific items and getting paying for a $40 per person buffet and a $20 buffet for our two year old who eats small portions just didn't make sense for us. Seems like the brunch might benefit folks with older kids or those looking to have cocktails with their meals, which wasn't for us. “I've been here a bunch, just realized I've still never written them a review, so fixing that finally. They are definitely a "neighborhood bar" first, cocktail bar second - it's a great chill vibe, the sort of place that's never too busy (at least when I've been there) and where the music is never too loud to be able to talk. Their bartenders are all great, and they have quality spirits and reasonably priced drinks. And they do *have* a cocktail list - but compared to, for instance, Wicked Wolf nearby, for similar prices, cocktails that aren't quite as complex or as exciting, necessarily, but they have all been great cocktails. I also particularly like that they have, at least at the moment, Buffalo Trace on hand, so I can put that in any whiskey cocktail for about the same price. On their current menu, I particularly liked the "Cameoi" (bourbon, basil, lemon, blueberry, hibiscus cider) and the "Conquistador" (corn vodka, frangelico, romepope custard liqueur - as-is, it's basically a drinkable dessert, which is great if you're looking for dessert, but it's also an easy drink to swap different spirits in - I've also tried off-menu versions with mezcal and with Buffalo Trace that were also great.) I have only actually gotten food here once, and it was a couple years ago - their flatbread was nothing I'd go out of my way for specifically, but it's definitely also something I'd be happy to order if I were hungry and I was here. That said, the *real* draw that keeps getting me to stop in here, is the live jazz they have every Saturday at 8 PM. The jazz trio that plays here is fantastic, so whenever I'm out that direction on Saturday in the evening (most likely because something's going on at Wicked Wolf), I also try to arrange to pop in here during the live jazz. Cocktails go great with live jazz, and they're a super talented jazz trio. (But it wouldn't be such a draw if they didn't *also* make great cocktails.)“
“We discovered this place about a year ago when shopping at Lazy Acres. It was busy on our first visit but no surprise for a Sunday around noon. We don't eat burgers often, but my wife and I were both in the beef mood. Had their basic burger and it was nothing short of AMAZING. Went back there this past Wednesday and we both ordered their double burger Fuego style. Even more AMAZING! Excellent beef flavor, hot and spicy ghost pepper cheese and the "Familiar Sauce" has a great bite as well. The place was just as busy on a Wednesday night as it was at Sunday lunch. I chose customer favorite and enjoyed it with warm sake. Entree was sufficient but many other tables had starters. I believe I would return to try another dish. 5pm is before the rush, we sat at 6pm and inside sitting was packed.“

Unfortunately, they don't have a kitchen onsite but you can bring your own food or order and have it delivered; which is pretty cool.They also have free pool tables and a juke box for your listening pleasure.My only gripe is there is one bar tender (shorter guy, with longer brown/black hair, and mustache) who has a bad attitude which can ruin your mood. Especially since he is providing a service and customer service is important. I usually don't stay long when he is working.“
