If I could give zero stars to the food I would, it's the first time we've come and the food doesn't work, it has no flavor, the dishes are expensive so they don't work, we went because we thought it was still El Compa restaurant, where we had already been Many times, we saw on the menu that it changed and we decided to give it the opportunity to try it but I don't recommend it at all, $65 for 2 plates of food thrown in the trash ?

Food as amazing as the other 2 locations - I'm always having a hard time choosing between the fried jalapeño, Hija de Chuy, or my new fave; Baked Scallops. Pair that with Tacos Gobernador or de Pescado plus a Miche = fire!This location is bigger than the other two, but the family vibe is still there as well as attention to detail.

Me and my family have been going to eat Mariscos El Chuy since I was a kid. Recently dined in at this new location and received the same great quality service and food as I have in their restaurants in Hawthorne. If you want to support a family owned business and love seafood or sushi this is the place to come and eat. Nothing beats a tasty michelada paired with a ceviche on a hot sunny day. Definitely recommend trying their ceviche rojo mixto and their shrimp tacos. If you love sushi they have a variety of rolls to choose from as well. I personally like to get their jalapeño rolls and the Medusa rolls. This place has great food, atmosphere, and service! Come and try it out for yourself, with family, or with friends.

Had some bomb marlin tacos the other day and after seeing the chef prepping the sushi fresh in front of me I couldn’t leave without trying some, had some of the best Dynamite special roll I’ve ever tasted, great service!!! Definitely coming for more !!!
What more could you ask for from a great family owned restaurant. 10/10. I went out of my way to try this new location and it did not disappoint. Amazing food with great service fun people and ice cold drinks. The ceviche rojo is my go-to dish. Try it out for yourself, you wont regret it.

Place is just as great as the Hawthorne location. Fiance and I shared Fish, Shrimp, Gobernador, and Marlin tacos along with some Ceviche and they were all delicious. Salsa was also the perfect amount of spicy for me.

Was super excited about this new location since I would drive to the Hawthorne one. So I came in guy in the front told me to pick a seat which I did. Long story short I was there for about 20 mins waiting and no one came to my table. Once I decided to get up and leave a waitress ask me that if I needed something or that if I was waiting for something like hello. Anyways I walk out and cuz not even a menu I was offered. Oh well hopefully that changes for future costumers.

I saw a review on the wet burrito and thought I’d give it a try. Not worth it, the meat had no flavor, chips had no flavor and the sauce was watered down. Nowhere close to what I expected. Place is nice and looked clean though and looked like a nice environment for a Sunday family breakfast or lunch.
