I had the tostadas de carne desebrada barbacoa asado frijoles puercos and agua de cebada the tostadas were very good crunchy and perfect amount of meat and lettuce. The name says it all El sinaloense 100% sinaloa food. The agua was very good fresh and made in house. This is not your traditional barbacoa or menudo or anything else for that matter. This is northern México food. So dont compare it to jalisco or michoacan just taste it.
The food was reheated... plates with dividers, very poorly served... only the omelettes were good. ?and breakfast is never expensive more than 50 dollars.
