This is a little nugget of beer and food tucked away on the 2nd floor of Whole Foods. Prices are not bad with their daily specials. Basically they include a bar food item (burger, wings, etc) and a beer for $12... except Fri. Beer selection is on the IPA heavy side but they have Mother Earths Cali Creamin' and it's awesome. Had the burger and wings. Both were not bad for the happy hour deal price.
My older daughter and I came here almost every Monday for a long time before the arrival of the latest family addition 3 years ago. Was very glad to see that the place is still going strong and a great stop inside wholefoods. I picked up a soup for my daughter from wholefoods and we placed an order with the bartender. We grabbed a couple of waters and settled in at a table. The bartender was super helpful. he even grabbed us a couple of spoons for our soup that we brought in from the soup bar. since they don't have any soup on the menu we could purchase it at the market and bring it in. We ordered a pub burger with fries and a pilsner to wash it down. The food came out fast and was delicious. The burger was cooked a perfect medium rare and the bun had a tasty garlic aioli spread. The service was great and it really brought back memories of when we were regulars a few years ago. We will definitely be adding this back into our daddy & daughters night outs.

This bar inside Whole Foods is Pasadena's hidden craft beer gem. Beers are $2 off per pint during happy hour, and you can find no cheaper place for a local craft beer than here during that time. Wide selection of a dozen plus taps and equal number of wines to try as well. Love their happy hour and deal of the day food specials too. Not to miss!

Terrible.. just got done. Never going back. The Bar had each and every table full of dishes not cleared, uninterested staff. Disgusting for a sat evening. So disappointed. Only 1 place to pay for your hot food, trash everywhere.. I'm sure NO Managers were on duty.

Terrible. Just got done for a sat evening at 7:30 PM. Never going back. Each and every table in the bar had dishes on them, nothing had probably been cleared in hours.. disgusting for a Saturday evening. All I wanted to do was eat a little food and get a drink cause I had heard so highly of it. Trash everywhere, No Managers on duty either. The entire place looked depressing.. 1 check out for 10 stations of food, mine got cold by the time I found a clean table. Avoid this location.
Came in to grocery shop but saw the laker game on in the bar and that they had a variety of beers on tap. I got a pint of hef and watched the game. The bartender seemed to know all the right times to replenish my beer. I saw food come out of the kitchen and it definitely has me wanting to come back for their beer+burger+fries $12 deal on Thursday's. Local sports, good beer, and an opportunity to pick up house hold essentials. The other bar/restaurant patrons was a nice buzzy atmosphere that reminds me of Europe

Really good selection of beer and wine. I came in on a rainy Saturday night, I needed to do some grocery shopping and I thought it was nice that there's a nice little restaurant within the building. Really good happy hour with food and drinks during the week and chill ambiance on the weekend. They have tv's if you wanna watch any sports games. Would definitely recommend.

Happy hour and daily specials menu. Burger is made with grass fed beef I think, at least the regular pub burger is, which is the only burger they list on the regular menu.

Ordered the vegan burger and it was just okay. I saw it advertised in the elevator so my anticipation to try it was through the roof. When I tried it, it was just okay. I'm judging my review off of the one thing I tried, so maybe something else off the menu will be better. I'll probably try it later again because of their numerous vegan options.
