Good yogurt but sadly management left one girl to work the whole store! There was a line out the door and she had too call her boss to send someone to help. It’s really unprofessional for management to not schedule more people especially if someone calls off this place is usually busy so they should’ve know to have another person. Also they make the employees share the tips which I think is really unfair seeing how she was the only one working.
this places closes when it rains (without notice). they constantly run out of flavors (without notice). and, they stopped posting their flavors on line. the owners and staff clearly don't care about customer service or customer loyalty.

When this place was on the corner of De Lacey and Colorado, it was excellent. But since its move, the place has seemingly fallen under the management of inconsiderate simpletons. I'd say that 30-40% of the time we try to go there in the last hour it claims to allegedly be open, it has closed. Doors locked and/or someone standing out front apologizing that it's closed. 25-minute round-trip drive from home ends up being completely futile, without any forewarning. On top of that, at least 25% of the time we go in the late hours, and probably more like 40%, they are out of one, two or even three of their advertised flavors. When asked about the available flavors shown on their website that are somehow unavailable when we show up, the employees now say they don't update the site. I don't know anything about making frozen yogurt, but I'd imagine it's not that difficult to NOT run out almost every night. If you're looking for true customer service and not just a smiling face, don't waste your time. Even if you end up getting there while the place magically happens to be open, and by some other miracle they still have the flavor you want, you would likely have to wait in a ludicrously long line (even if you don't want mix-ins), and it is without any doubt overpriced. Find somewhere else.

Creative frozen yogurt choices in old town. Pretty pricey, but you get a lot even in a small cup. Staff is friendly but service can be slow during peak times. I tried the couch potato (interesting combination with potato chips and cookie dough). Was too sweet for my taste, just a lot happening that didn't really go together. If you have a sweet tooth this might be for you.

Very tasty soft serve - real chocolate tasting yogurt. Mix in served like cold stone style - where its on a frozen slab with variety of add ins. Generous portions - the medium was 8.50 but was like a large serving. friendly service. You have to find street parking
