I went in on Monday afternoon, and I was overwhelmed with the many options. The girl in the register was very helpful about recommending me some drinks even though it was a bit busy. She pointed out the various toppings they offered (the jelly's are homemade!!). Overall, the coconut mango 50% sugar with agar boba was really good! I will be coming back when I'm in the area!

Went in today with my husband. The young woman who waited on him was really rude. Couldn’t answer questions. Just pointed at things with an irritated look on her face. When she was done making the drink she just set it on the counter and walked away without communicating that it was ready. My husband said thank you and again no response, no smile just a rude glare. Maybe customer service is not for her.

Terrible service. The young woman was so rude to me. I will never go back. It might have annoyed her that I asked for something to be adjusted w no tea. But her rudeness was pretty bad.

Not the worst boba I had, but pretty bad. We got two different drinks. One was so-so, the other was bland. The boba in both were terrible. I'm not a boba snob; I'm pretty easy, but I couldn't finish my drink. I can't remember the last time that's happened. Maybe it was an off day for them?

They are doing a "Boba trail" promotion in Pasadena which got me thinking about trying to hit all the Boba places inside pasadena. This one is across the street from the Target at the corner of Colorado and Lake. I'll get a Boba maybe once or twice a month, usually it's a Sunday afternoon after a trip to the dog park or a rec league soccer game. Couple times a year it'll be a random stop in Orange county instead of a coffee.Boba drinks are alot like espresso drinks, i.e. they are simply either well made or not well made, and there isn't a whole lot of variation beyond that. It's very rare to get a very good OR a very bad Boba. Then there's the question of whether they have food or not. This place had acai bowl type stuff but no hot food.Generally I always get the basic milk tea with Boba the first time at a spot the same way I use a cappuccino to judge whether a coffee place is worth going to more than once. If a Boba place can't make a milk tea with Boba just forget it. This one was good because it wasn't too sweet, the ratio of liquid to ice was good (you shouldn't be left with a bunch of melted ice at the end BUT there should be ice when you are drinking), there wasn't a ton of unconsumed Boba after the liquid was gone.I wouldn't hesitate to come back but I wouldn't say this is the best Boba in Pasadena. What is, I wonder.

Still the best boba shop in LA. And they've started offering loyalty cards now too, which is awesome if you're a regular (which, believe me -- one taste and you will be). What're you waiting for?? If you love tea, boba or lychee jelly, THIS IS YOUR JOINT.

Interesting drinks in a relaxing environment. Don't be fooled by the basic signage on the outside. This place is a great destination for a refreshing drink.

Very kind and courteous. They even gave us free mango purée for us to taste for our coconut pudding

Worker was rude. First time here, not familiar with menu and every question I had, MARIA would answer it as if it was a dumb question.

/)/) ( . .) ( づ really good boba! I had the taro milk boba and wished there was more taro paste in it to make the taro flavor more intense. Otherwise I felt like it tasted more like milk than taro. They're using organic milk which I liked! The boba was also very chewy. The fruit tea was super sweet even though we picked 50% sweetness. But still very delicious. You were able to taste the freshness with a light hint of tea. It's a bit on the pricier side but as long as they're really using fresh ingredients and no artificial flavors I think it's ok

Love this place! They use real ingredients to make their drinks. Real tea leaves, fruit, milk, etc. They also don't use sugary sweetners or powders. And their boba is delicious and perfectly made in terms of softness and chewiness. The inside of the place is very cozy to the point where I can spend a few hours relaxing just reading a book or journaling. 10/10

Lots of seating, which is nice. I found the check out area to be a bit cluttered though. Boba was slightly too chewy and I wish they had more caffeine free options.
