I made an appointment with Lena, and she showed up to the store 30 minutes late, but I still ordered my wedding cake from her and gave my deposit. I made another appointment for cake tasting, she told me to call her 30 minutes before I get there. I called and she said I'm sorry I have a family emergency. I made another appointment again and told her please let me know if you can't show up because I live far, she assured me that won't happen again. The day before the appointment I called her again and reminded her, the day of I texted and reminded her again. I showed up and she wasn't there, the store was closed. At that point I asked for my deposit back, she refused to give my money back and was offering to give me a discount. I told her I can't rely on her at all she can keep her "discount", I never asked for one. After going back and forth I finally got my deposit back. She was the most unprofessional and unreliable vendor I've dealt with during my entire wedding planning. She added tremendous amount stress and left a very unpleasant impression.

Lena was amazing from beginning to end. Our wedding cake was absolutely beautiful and her happiness and enthusiasm made us all the more excited. She gave us her opinions, shared her thoughts, and helped us come up with the perfect design. I ordered a cake about a week ago.. I came in with a simple design on a one layer white fondant cake.That only really required a scouting neckerchief to be made out of fondant and be placed on the cake. The designer suggested a two layer cake.. and also thought the cake would look better if she added some more color. I took her advice and I took her very expensive price. We sat down for about 45 minutes talking about what I wanted for the cake... but truthfully she was just trying to get more from me then what I wanted. A simple white cake with a red blue orange and purple necherch I was hoping to get a call from her with in the week to confirm the cake.. however she didn't initiate and I believed she had no more questions about the design for me.

Ordered a Toy Story themed cake for my son's birthday a few years ago. Found Anna's Cake house through Yelp and had never ordered from them before. Ended up being such a beautiful, delicious cake and great price! Very easy to order/work with. I was so happy with how it turned out!!

First time I've tried cake made by "Anna's Cake House" was couple years ago at a family event, since then I've been ordering cakes from them for all our special events. And they never fail. They have great customer service and their cakes are delicious.

Lina did such an amazing job on my 50th Bday cake!! Looked exactly like the pic I sent herS People literally thought it was an art piece. It was so hard to cut into it as I hated taking apart the beauty she created

100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this bakery. They lack professionalism and basic understanding of customer service. I specifically sent in a picture of exactly the cake I needed and I received something so ugly and not to mention not tasty at all! The fondant was all lumpy and cracked. When I called to ask what had happened to my cake and why it was looking the way it was, the owner said she had an emergency and her employee had to finish the cake, seriously ridiculous.
I'm speechless at my order. I didn't know to cry or laugh at what she made. I showed her a simple clean classy cake for my daughters first tooth party and she made this ghetto ugly cake and added a skirt woth belt and so many other unnecessary stuff. Posted a picture of the simple cake I wanted and what she made. The photo i took of the cake she made i took off the toothbrush and toothpaste etc. so ridiculous

Loved working with Lena.... she made a beautiful cake for me and it tasted amazing... not to mention my party favors, macaroons. She was soo positive and cant wait to see what she she will do for my wedding cake thank you!!!

I booked this place to do my wedding cake. Big regret! First of all, I called and texted an image of exactly what was needed--everything needed to generate a price quote. The owner quoted me $700.00. ONLY BECAUSE this was $100 cheaper than my other choice of business, I went in to pay the deposit and place the order. As soon as walked in to the store, the owner changed the price to $800. No details were further changed or even discussed. The price just inexplicably changed. A week before my wedding, I re-texted the owner the photo of the design I had already asked for. Just wanted to feel comfortable, knowing that the owner had not forgotten about me. The owner called me, not knowing who I was, and under the assumption that I was placing a new order. When she learned that I had already paid the deposit on an existing order, the owner said she would call me in 3 days to go over the details a final time. That phone call never came. When I called the night before my wedding, I forced her to listen to my simple instructions-- only gold spray-painted babys breath flowers with white roses. Instead, I got cream roses. The babys breath flowers still looked green--not gold. Because this business does not know how to follow instructions, my cake did not match my centerpieces. Also, the owner became very ghetto when I told her I would pay the payment balance in about 1 hour when I reached the banquet hall to see the cake in person. Needless to say, it was not fun having to listen to the owner's uncivilized speech as this bride was sitting in the limo, going from the church to the banquet hall. I paid the full price, but I will never go back to this irresponsible business.

Lena is the BEST!!! She has done cakes for all my family's special events and she's knows her line of work perfectly. Her cakes are so delicious!! You will fall in love with the unique flavors she has to offer.

I don't know who Anna is or whom I spoke with, but customer service was horrible! I walk in with a cake design in mind that I had mocked up for my lil baby boys 1st bday (safari theme). I TRIED to show this grumpy looking lady my chosen design but she refuses to even look at some of the designs. I then tell her that there are going to be 12 people, then she quickly insists that I need a cake for 35 people...Now how the hell?!?....not sure how she's doing her math, but all I know is that she needed a decent amount of space to put 3 small animals on top of a damn cake. Come on people...we're not stupid, we weren't born yesterday. Hell, I could've been a baker myself just to see how stupid of a price she was charging and on how "complex" of a design that really is, right ANNA! Sorry miss Anna bakery, you lost a customer that could've brought you more people if you had changed you're cocky miss know it all attitude.
