Absolutely horrible. Waited 30 minutes to get my food after I Ordered General Tsao chicken and it was literally some old breaded chicken recooked, the pieces that actually had chicken. I know what dry recooked chicken taste like! Dehydrated chicken mostly breaded and general Tsao sauced drowned over it to try to hide it! Absolutely horrible. Even told the guy working there I didn't like it and I couldn't eat it and he said ok and continued to charge me full price for it and tried to give me a soda to make up for it. I wanted to give this place a chance since it's always empty but now I see why. Waste of time and money. Never going back

I have been a customer of Beijing Wok for a very long time and I have always had good food and great delivery and in house service. But, as of 06/17/2020 delivery was not the case. And when I called about the issue I was told they would not be able to fix my order and re deliver due to they have not driver.

Best Chinese food in my opinion! This was the lunch special. It was Kung Pao Beef and I absolutely LOVED it. The food is so flavorful and the manager is so kind. I will be coming back here once a week.

Used to like this place, was one of the only Chinese take out places that had (key word) pretty good General Tso's chicken (not overly sweet, crunchy, tasted fresh etc). I've eaten here a few times and, well, what I just had was a big downgrade. Chicken that didn't taste the least bit fresh or crunchy, totally drenched in a gelatinous, sweet General Tso sauce. I am not sure what they changed, but it tasted like a microwave dinner. Really disappointing.

Favorite Chinese food around here. Szechuan Fried Rice and Garlic Noodles are awesome! Never dined in but their website has been simple and easy for deliveries. The drivers have been nice about calling and dropping off food.

I'm sorry I have to give a 1 star review. I used to love ordering delivery from here. After work I went to do a pickup order and the cashier was not wearing a mask. I asked him if the chef was and he said yes, but when I looked in the back, no employees were masked and so I canceled my order. This is unfortunate because I really love the food here but I'm not willing to risk my health and safety for it. Sure, most of us won't die from COVID, but that's not the point - the point is there are rules in place for public safety. If they won't bother to wear a mask, what else are they not bothering with? Was the place super clean, nope - and I could live with that. However, when nobody is masked, and when I ask I get, not only lied to, but was also told (defensively) "We are all vaccinated three times!". Sorry folks, the vaccine prevents severe sickness, it's not a cure. I'm sad because I will miss their veggie options.

My family ordered dinner last night for delivery. Oh wow!!! THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ordered egg rolls and egg drop soup. They forgot the egg rolls and gave me the bottom of the barrel for soup. It was liquid only, no egg drop at all. And, the flavor of the liquid was scary disgusting. I feared for the one sip I took that I would get food poisoning. A total disappointment. During the pandemic we have tried to help keep restaurants open by ordering and this is the thanks we get. Never again!

I ordered the 3 flavored egg foo young and it was over cooked and crispy. Normally this dish is fluffy whipped well. (Dish was fried hard)Also the shrimp didn't taste good with no flavor also over cooked. Batter wasn't good. They did come quickly and was friendly. I will not order these two dishes again. Must realize that every Chinese restaurant is not like Yang Chow located in China town dtla.

This restaurant gets worse and worse with every order. At first we thought we had found THE Chinese restaurant and we recommended them. But it was with the caveat the delivery is terrible. Last night was the clincher. We reordered from an existing order,, it was supposed to be delivered ETA: 30 to 45min (6:48 PM - 7:03 PM). At 7:45, I called to check on the order which was nearly an hour late. The owner was very nice, said he needed 30 more minutes but he would make it up to us. I could not understand how or what he was saying. The food arrived at 8:18 an hour and a half late and COLD AS ICE. THE ORDER WAS WRONG! I responded to Menufy, heard from them today and they are willing to offer me, are you ready. . . A WHOPPING FIVE DOLLAR CREDIT! They said that is what the owner agreed to. I said tell him to keep his damn five dollars.
