What an unexpected delightful surprise! So glad my better half and I came here for dinner. Went to Dollar Tree to pick up some holiday decorations for work. All that browsing through Dollar Tree made us hungry. So pretty much our decisions as we exited the Dollar Tree parking lot were El Pollo Loco, Taco Bell or this place, Birria Masters. We decided we wanted to try something new and went with Birria Masters. We are so glad that we did. So here's the rundown: For ambiance, it's a food stand in a parking lot. Unpretentious, simple tables and benches. Does its job. Don't let it's appearance deter you from going. For service, there were three gentlemen. All were nice and inviting. Excellent customer service. We ordered the enchiladas queretanas and taquitos dorados. Food presentation and taste was unexpected. Both dishes were beautiful. What got me with the dishes is that they were elevated but in an understated way. They used microgreen sprouts. I love sprouts and if a place uses them in their plating, in my opinion, they are fancy fancy and they know what they are doing. The taste of both dishes were delicious as well. The meat was seasoned and cooked well. The produce they use was fresh and again, they used microgreen sprouts. I don't know any other food/taco stand that uses microgreen sprouts...do you? I don't think so. I think that if you are deciding on a place to go and have dinner, please give Birria Masters a try. I hope that when you try their food you will be pleasantly surprised as we were. Birria Masters is definitely a diamond in the rough.

OMG! This place is AMAZING! I would highly recommend it. So delicious. Im pretty picky with my birria so this says a lot. Never had it spicy like this but its not too spicy it's perfect. So yummy. First night we tried it had to go back literally the next night for more. Wish they were open all week. I swear I had dreams about the food!

Wow I just tried the Al pastor tacos hear too and they was fire I have been hear several times already and the food is always consistent and always great. Never a miss. The guy that owns it is always amazing and nice fast service quesotacos are amazing birria ramen is always fire must try

Excellent food and service! I've been twice and both times were great. The food is super fresh they hand make the salsas which are all really good! The salsas are a little spicy though so be careful if you don't like spice. The classic birria tacos with the side soup are my go to! You can eat there but I normally take it togo. The setup is outdoor and quaint with just a few tables. They play nice music and I could see it being a nice place to sit and eat.

I got the Queso Birria tacos and they were very good with generous portions of meat. So many other taco trucks/stands leave me very disappointed, but I will definitely go back to Birria Masters.

This place sucks. Food quality and service. Multiple times I had pulled up to have them deny me service claiming they were sold out. But in fact either didn't want my money or didnt like me personally with no explanation only to drive by them 10 minutes later to see them serving someone. Did i mention i live right down the street? This happened on several occasions and on the third time i refused to go back their. I get better Birria going 45 minutes out of my way to North Hollywood. The Ramen is made with over cooked fettuccini pasta. Makes me sad that there is another "mexican street food" place in the neighborhood that isnt good and service is selective. On a separate not my elderly parents were assaulted on the street right right in front of there business by a homeless women. Not one person helped them. My mother then asked them for a bottle of water after sherifs arrived and was charged for it with fresh blood and bruises on her face. Makes me sad the people have become so selective they cant even show kindness to neighbors. Not even the customers of the establishment would lend a hand. Kind if sickening ive lived on this side of town my whole life and dont even feel like supporting them.

Hands down best the Birria tacos I’ve ever had, and I have eaten A LOT of birria queso tacos from a lot of different places. The consommé is incredibly addicting as well!
Ordered the birria ramen and quesataco combo. It was delicious! Flavor was great! Service was great. Will definitely be back!

I wanted to try a good ramen place. When I got here It looks good. But there's no prices. They have an ig but there's no prices for any of it. We asked for the total and it looked like they were just adding numbers. Order come up to more than 50 for 2 dish and 2 drinks. Although the food was okay, I ordered a ramen dish and a quesataco dish. Shouldn't it be a bit cheaper than an actual ramen place, Or Mexican place? I'm just saying. I think ill look around for a better place That won't want to rip you off for some birria. I think it's a minor adjustment to add prices then maybe I'd feel up for it. I did notice a car come in to grab some food but she turned around and left. Maybe she didn't see prices? ? who knows why she left. .. but at least I tried the food, and it may be a very long while before I come back. I'll have to look online for prices tho. Can't really say a dish was a certain price. And in doing reviews, I consider prices. It's a small factor that makes a difference. But anyhow. It's up to you if you want to try it.
