THE TWO STAFF SERVERS OF PIZZA ON 1/30/24 @ 645pm you rock! - they were amazing professional and presented awesome work ethic-give them raises!It would also be nice to have those waiting for their pizza NOT wait in front of the pick up area - as it is rude to the staff and also blocks the ability to use the soda machines.Give the consumer a number and have them sit in the large sitting area! please consider putting up signs!your staff does not deserve to be taunted by death stares from hungry consumers. Protect your workers!!!

I love this location for Blaze! It's the only location i'll go to. They do an amazing job. I'd give it 5 starts but i'm a regular here and i came in once and asked for extra cheese (like i always do) and the guy proceeded to tell me he'd charge me extra and it counted as another side. I declined, left w barely an cheese on my pizza. I came back today and asked if that was the policy. Another worker proceeded to tell me it's not. He said i'm allowed to get as much cheese as i want and it would only count as an extra side if i got 2 different kind of cheeses. Not sure what happened, the guy who wanted to charge me extra was also very rude. If i remembered his name i would put it in here to warn everyone.

Solid blaze. They do well to keep the line moving and they keep the tables cleaned quickly. Love the fresca drinks they have especially the blood orange one. Staff has always been solid and they have some nice outdoor seating to boot

I used to love going to this location but I wish they would train their staff to be a little more friendly to their customers, as well as some basic manners/etiquette. Most of them look like young HS kids, but they lack serious customer service skills. At my last visit, I decided to stop by as I was waiting for my dog to be groomed in the area. I always ask for my build your own pizza to be in two split boxes and they always have it noted. Out of the 25+ visits I've gone, it rarely happens and I always remind the cashier and whoever is grilling for that request shortly after. I reminded the young lady who was grilling before she put my pizza in and of course that didn't happen. I knew she was busy and had her hands full and as she handed me my pizza, I reminded her again and she told me to get the split boxes myself. I then asked her for a bag and she was visibly annoyed. She rudely tells me, "We do not carry bags" while rolling her eyes. This was clearly a lie as I saw two customers with Blaze bags walking out the door. I love Blaze and have been a loyal customer for the past 5 years or so. I know I'll go back again because it is down the street, but I am hoping it will be a better experience.

Pizza was good but had a burnt ring around it. Service was good as well.I find it problematic that this location is displaying a prominent poster for Shen Yun. Shen Yun is a performance that fundraises money for Epoch Times and NTD television. Both are part of Falungong and takes on far right stances including anti-vaccination, anti-LGBTQ, and anti-interracial marriage. They were the top online social media advertising donor for Trump and actively supported the Jan 6 insurrection.Surprised Blaze Pizza would have these posters up.

When Blaze Pizza came to Pasadena, the Build Your Own was just under $8.00. What a bargain and so many yummy ingredients to choose from. Alas, the going price for a BYO is nearly double and lacking. This is because, slowly ingredient toppings have disappeared as an option. No more goat cheese, olivine cheese, no more kalamata olives. There are other items that have disappeared and have been replaced with a salad option. But honestly, this is a pizza place. If you wanted a salad with your pizza go to Shakey's. Then you have 5 different people taking over to make your pizza, who knows if they've all replaced their plastic gloves when jumping into the line to place limited choices in your pizza. The last time we were there, the people behind the counter seemed like they didn't give a F#ck. I used to really like going here, but the last couple of times the vibe has been meh. There's no love in making the food and it tastes like it.
