I've come here many times. Every time the servings are huge! I love it. They also have TV's here to watch sports on because of the Hoots Wings that is inside of their dining room. Convenient way to get both your pizza and wing fix. Could be a five star but the team just seems so apathetic and like they don't wanna be there. They work quick but take no time to engage with the guest. In addition, the kitchen had about 6-7 staff and the dining room had no one attending to it so the benches and tables were dirty and chairs weren't pushed in and in the way of the walk ways.

Really love this location and have been eating Blaze for years...Not a fan of the Sat night crew working yesterday...They all seemed to have a chip on their shoulder and I did all the work of being friendly and courteous. Not ONE person that I dealt with and I dealt with FIVE of them smiled or displayed basic customer service skills.The guy who asked for what I wanted kept putting the pen lid back on and passing my paper (and me) to the next step. He told me to tell the person who handed me my pizza what finishes I wanted and again capped his pen and passed me on, which is never how it has been done in the many years I have eaten Blaze. As the next person grabbed that paper and asked me what sauces, I clarified that I needed the gluten free crust, to which the first guy accused me of not telling him, to which I reminded him that I told him to not put that pen cap on... the guy who I was now dealing with also looked at me accusingly, like I was pulling a fast one and begrudgingly changed the crust and put on my sauce before gladly passing me off.The next girl tried her best but I think was under the influence of her sour work mates. The woman who rang me up also never smiled nor tried to see what all I wanted on my order and I think she was the manager on duty.Then I get my pizza and I do tell that young man about my finishes and he grabs the pizza back and plops a few arugula leave in the middle, which I spread out and I ask for a few more which he did all while kinda staring me down like I was the source of all the problems in his world....While the place was SLAMMED this Sat night around 8pm, I have always dealt with efficient, respectful and people who do want to serve you at this location, this was quite discouraging and I will think twice before I get food here again any time soon.Some basic customer service skills, smiles, etc need to be trained into this crew or find those who can and will SERVE customers without the consistent put out attitude this team displayed. :-(

Workers are friendly but they don't look happy. Pizzas are made with a great level of care to the right quantity of sauce & toppings.Was really disappointed that I couldn't tip them either on the cc machine nor was there a physical tip jar. EVERY other location I've EVER been to allows me to tip the people slaving over my food. Maybe they'd be happier if I could ??Vegetarian options: No up charge for vegan cheese which is a HUGE plusKid-friendliness: My kiddo loves it

Every time I get Blaze Pizza, I have to order gluten free. I'm glad they have a gluten free version and it is decent. The only thing they can't get right is it either seemed under cooked or over cooked. I know it's difficult to get gluten free right, but with my experiences, I can only say the pizza is ok. I stopped eating here for awhile because of my last experience and thought I'd give it another try over the weekend. I think I can skip Blaze for another long stretch, or unless I'm really hungry and there is not much else around to eat.

This used to be my favorite Blaze Pizza location in Pasadena. Because of its location it usually isn't as packed as Colorado's. However since the merger with Hoots wings, the ambiance is completely ruined. Terrible idea to who ever came up with it.

Love the tasty fresh thin crust pizzas there. Get the orders quick too from the app. Price is nice compared to most other pizza places. Highly recommend.

After a sub-par experience at Blaze Pizza in La Canada I'm impressed and pleased with how this manager handled it.A busy Sunday night, I'm tired and after getting home with a pizza (for someone else) which was totally wrong the manager apologized, refunded my order (and tip) and despite the fact I told her it wasn't about the money I just want them to do better, she replaced the pizza as well. Kudos and I intend to make my way over there soon and replace the tip to the staff, I know they work very hard.UPDATE: sadly my 4 stars have been reduced to 2 for a simple and unbelievable reason. The replacement pizza for the wrong order was wrong again! This business has to do better, this is ridiculous. I stopped in yesterday before we ate the pizza because I felt bad having them return my $5 tip on a $12 pizza so I left $6 yesterday. This is getting silly already, get it right Blaze Pizza!
