Came here for early dinner because we were craving our boiling point usuals. It was solid, as usual. I like this spot but it can feel kinda tight! However, I couldn't help but think there were some things that bothered us. Their Taiwanese spicy has noticeably shrunk in size, they never really refilled the broth for us, service always felt kind of slow or non-attentive. Some workers knew we were waiting on them because we even eyed them but I think I guess they were busy with something else, at the same time it felt like we were being avoided lol. Anywho will probably still eat here cuz it's boiling point! Park in the nearby parking structure!

Got the Miso broth in medium spicy, wasn't too spicy but great flavor and they have some pastes and sauces on the side to add to the broth which are extremely yummy, my favorite one was the garlic chilli oil Verrryyy spicy and tasty. One thing I wasn't too fond of was the fact that you can't choose what you do and don't want in the broth it all comes in it already, obviously not an AYCE place and it does cost extra to add more meats, veggies etc. but overall the meat and veggies were tasty only thing I wasn't a fan of was the mushroom but other than that it was really good and our waiter was sooooo sweet and amazing! Definitely provided great service and the atmosphere in here was very relaxing and it all around gave a great vibe, came here for my bfs birthday and he absolutely loved it :) would definitely recommend!

Bring back the seaweed! Those with an allergy restriction can't eat the peanuts you serve on the table. At least let us know where you bought the seaweed so we can purchase it. It was a great palette cleanser and appetizer.

We waited an hour to be seated while the staff had open tables visible from the street. Once seated, the wait staff were not present or timely. The food was mediocre and expensive.

The food was mediocre and expensive for broth and a few strands of meat. The meat was strange. I will not dine here again. The restrooms are gross.Parking: I was not easy to find parking; they have parking meters everywhere but be ready to come with change. I think 25 cents gives you 15 minutes.

Really interesting concept store version of boiling point. The menu is slightly different and a bit more expensive, but the food quality is supposed to be higher.The staff seems really overworked here and the service was slower than expected. We tried this seasonal mutton dish and it was just okay. Definitely come by again to try something new and to get drinks from Jin next door.

I'm terrible at opening those jello things at the end. Every time I get them, it's 50/50 that I open them successfully. Everything else is great though

UGHHHH roach alert! Came with my friend right at opening yesterday 10/16/23 and were seated immediately. Server brought water and the seaweed side dish but to our horror as she set the plate down a ROACH ran across the table. We all screamed. Don't know where it came from (the sauce dishes already set out on the table maybe?). Server apologized and one male kitchen staff came out to investigate but nothing was really done (no cleaning no searching no nothing). It was a small roach but disgusting nonetheless. My friend really wanted to eat here so we just moved tables. Unfortunately. Should have left immediately. Also they don't honor the lunch time special with an included drink at this location. The server said "only applies to specific places". Given that this location is already more expensive than all the others and has a potential roach problem it's a no go to coming here again.

Boiling Point serves up a steamy bowl of deliciousness! I gave it a try and was impressed. Their hot pot is a unique experience, allowing you to choose your broth and spice level. My partner went with the spicy beef hot pot, and it had a perfect kick. The ingredients were fresh, and it was fun cooking everything at the table. I got the curry pot and I loved the flavor and spices they had to offer. The service was attentive, and they guided us through the process. They have a lot of seating available and I love the welcoming atmosphere they create. Although we waited a good 2 hours for a seat, it's well worth the wait if you're up for a flavorful and interactive dining adventure, Boiling Point is the spot.

Boiling Point is one of my favorite hotpot spots!! They have a wide variety of options for a somewhat affordable price given that you get your own bowl instead of sharing. The ingredients are fresh and the meal is flavorful. The service is ALWAYS spot on every time I eat here. I wish they had more non red meat options though but what can I expect from hotpot! I usually get the seafood & tofu option without pork. Their broth is refillable so you will definitely be full by the end of your meal. Have been here many times bc it's reliable :)

Craved some warm soup and this place hit the spot. I couldn't believe how I devoured almost the whole soup. So delicious. It's bubbling when it arrives at the table. The servers were so accommodating and friendly. It could be loud but it's only because the food is so good that it courages unbridled conversations. For a fun yummy place to have a comforting bowl of soup, this place is it!
