food is decent and a good price. but my only problem is the older man working the front desk. he ALWAYS asks me if i paid for my food which is odd considering i only order through the app where you HAVE to pay first in order for your food to go through and the fact he never asks anyone else. he just gives people their mobile order without a word…

We walked in around 7pm. Many of the tables had dirty dishes. My wife’s pesto sandwich did have pesto and the arugula was yellow and slimy. The chicken was a pile in the middle of the roll. The counter person thought that was all normal. At least they gave us our money

Corner Bakery on South Lake Ave in Pasadena is absolutely delightful! The store is so nicely appointed, so quaint and very organized. The food was fantastic and the service was superb... We will definitely be back for more!!!
This place is hopping for Friday afternoon. Ordered the half and half option. Due to the lunch hour it's best to be patient. It was a little bit of wait before picking up my lunch at the counter today. Everything was made fresh, I love the harvest salad that includes all my favorites , apple bites, walnuts and cranberries. Loved it ! The pink lemonade was refreshing and tasty as well. Park in the back for optimal choices. The front parking is always taken. They take all payment options

Last time I was at the Corner Bakery Café was right before Covid. Yes the reason I haven't been there because that very last time my favorite chicken Panini sandwich which I've been ordering there for years was hard as a rock so I decided not never go back ......Today I wanted the chickens Panini sandwich.. so I went there.the owner took my order. I clearly indicated I would like chicken Pomodora Panini . He said no problem he put the order in and that's what my ticket said also .well what I got was chicken arugula on baguette bread I pointed out to him immediately he said this is what I ordered. He offered to put on the grill .Are you real? Do you know your menu ?Panini bread is different, my sandwich was suppose to be grilled & w tomato . I did not want a baguette.He did not offer to make an a new sandwich.At that point I was very frustrated took the tray went out . Not only the sandwich was awful the arugula inside the sandwich was all wilted & Yellow in color . See photo. I'll never go back go .Plus the label & chairs outside was disgusting. I know it's a communal setting . Mostly is their customers who use you would think at least they could go outside and wipe off the tables.I assume they have new owners & they don't care. Try tone of others restaurant near by .

Good selection of foods and drinks. Half sandwich/half soup combo recommended. You get a choice of side (ie fruit cup or salad) with that. Staff friendly, accurate, and fast. Clean. Nice outside areas, including a back patio.
