It was our first time there the waitress that helped us was very friendly and nice. I don’t remember her name otherwise I would stated here, but she was working on a Tuesday morning and she was also doing the bar. The food was delicious and her hospitality was very welcoming. I think it made the experience even better. Since it was our first time there she offered To give us garlic bread on the house, that was really nice of her. I’m definitely gonna come back and I will be referring friends and family. By the way, I had the short rib and the brisket with mac & cheese. The brisket was very good, but oh my God the short rib was amazing next time I’ll definitely be getting that again and I might just try the load of baked potato too

If I can give the service 0 stars I would. Service was horrible. Didn’t feel welcomed at all. They kept ignoring our requests. They didn’t even have a waiter for us, we had the guy that was at the bar, no it was not crowded at all to not have a waiter for our table. They literally slammed the food on our table and they handed our bill not in a book or nothing (everyone else did get there bill in a pad) As for the food the flavour was all right but the name of the dish doesn’t meet the expectations. Barely any meat in our foods and the tortillas were soggy and coming apart. More pieces of fat (yuck) than meat. WORK ON YOUR STAFFS ATTITUDE AND MAKE ALL TYPES OF PEOPLE/Religion's WELCOMED.

It was our first time coming here, and I'm happy to say everything went perfectly. Our server Ken gave us the best service we've received anywhere. He went above and beyond to do things we didn't ask for. What a great guy! The food was made to perfection. It was honestly the best burrito I've had in my life. We're definitely coming back here again!

The Duck Around and Find Out alone will have me coming back!The chicken sandwich was Craft by far, their potato salad is the best I've had in a long time! There are so many great options (both main dishes and sides), that we will just have to come back to try everything on the menu!When in Pasadena, I highly recommend adding Craft to your dining options!Kid-friendliness: It's a great space, with great music playing, so if your kids like a not-so-quiet place, this is a good spot! It's not a kids place, per se, but I did see--and did not hear them--over the music! ?

We've enjoyed coming here. The food is very rich, and the portions are huge. It can get pretty greasy, but the salads are excellent if you're looking for something lighter. But you'll always get something packed with flavor. And they have very creative cocktails.It can be quite busy, and the space is extremely loud when full. It's a very industrial look to the decor. But it's very open, and they have nice outdoor seating.
Parking: Park in the parking structure off of Green Street or nearby in the city. If it has the blue Pasadena sign, we stayed for 50 min, and paid 1$ for parking

So my Boyfriend and I stumbled upon this amazing restaurant. We recently just moved to Pasadena from Chicago. We checked Craft out and the food was beyond amazing. We got the waffles fries,the garlic break,brisket quesadilla,the beef, and lamb chops. The brisket quesadilla was mouth watering. The brisket was moist flavourful the sause on the quesadilla was tasty. The beef was made just right as well as the lamb chops. We ordered two drinks duck around and find out and the como la flour. The drinks were pretty & made exactly how it sounds. Our waiter I hope I remember his name correctly think it was Kenneth or Keith W but he was so nice so great at welcoming us giving us recommendations to try. He made sure we had a good time everything was to our liking. I would definitely pick him as my server again when we return. We have friends coming from Chicago soon we will be bringing them back for sure. The ambiance was beautiful in the resturant.
