Oh man, I really didn't wanna love this place bc I'm in the area so often it's dangerous. Cake is my weakness. Their carrot cake was SO good!! It had nice chunky bits in it and was super moist. Perfect amount of frosting that wasn't overwhelming and lent a nice touch of sweetness to the cake that wasn't too sweet. Perfection!

no customer service the lady was not welcoming at all ! My cupcakes were hard and the bread taste old .. the only moist and good was the Carmel chocolate one . Will never go back.

I recieved 6 mini cupcakes as a gift and I love them. I have a sweet tooth but I don't like too sweet. These cupcakes sweet enough and many types to choose from. Very nice decorations nice for gifting or going to a gathering without going empty handed. Or just treat urself, friends or family! Enjoy!

honestly even if the cupcakes are good it's not worth getting bad customer service. at 145ish pm on a Sunday, my husband and I decided to stop by as we were walking by, to buy a cupcake for our son. Upon arrival, the store was empty, not one customer in sight and yet we were greeted by a female employee that had horrible attitude. horrible attitude towards both my husband and I. horrible attitude from start to finish. horrible attitude but with an airpod on. just not worth spending my money where clearly I'm not welcomed. It seemed like the employee was bothered upon customers arriving.

The cupcakes are good but overpriced. I had the mini carrot cake and the vanilla cupcake with vanilla frosting and paid almost $7. The employee there was quiet and did not greet us at all, could definitely use some customer service training to make people feel welcomed. Other than that, the place is clean and nicely decorated.

I have been a Dots customer for years and maybe this review is long overdue . I love everything about this small business , from the customer services and their above and beyond care mentality. The cupcakes are always a huge hit at all my events , parties and gatherings. Whether I choose to go with a large or mini cupcake selection the sugar is never overpowering on either size and they use just the right about of frosting. The frosting might I say is fluffy/ buttery and not dense blob of sugar sitting on top. Now let's talk about the design... if you order from DoorDash, they make sure to put a little bit of every flavor, in every box, with every decor that you can possibly think of , which is a delight when the little ones open the box and see the cutest little cupcake staring back at them. If you decide to go to the store obviously, you will have a bigger selection to choose from, equally beautiful and delicious.I highly recommend Dots for your next event , cupcake craving....only just because it's pretty good and I love supporting small businesses who put a lot of care in their product to make people like me smile .

When you walk in, you are greeted by a beautiful display case. If you dont want a regular size cupcake, they have minis for 2 bucks. The passiom fruit has passion filling and taste amazing. They close at 6 on Sundays, so its enough time to eat then treat yourself!

I was visiting someone at Huntington Hospital and decided to stop by and pick up some cupcakes. I got a dozen of the minis for $24. There are many flavors to choose from. Cupcakes are very moist. I will definitely come back. Parking is a bit tough. Had my husband drop me off.

I find the cake to be light an fluffy and I like all of the flavor options. I have only been once so far and I would like to try them out again sometime soon. They have two locations that I know of. I have only been to the one in Old Town Pasadena. There is also another location in East Pasadena that I would like to visit.

My neighbor gifted my kids and I a box of mixed cupcakes and omg, they're the best cupcakes I've ever had. The chocolate chip cupcakes with what seemed like mazapan frosting made me want to cry it was so good. I'm used to store bought cupcakes so this was a huge treat. Would really love to buy a box and just binge eat them ?
