A confusing little joint. From the host to the literal menu itself, I felt like I was being talked down to. The food is not what you're looking for and communication is just off.The brunch menu says things like: "Don’t get cute." So there's that. They do Meixcan food, but sometimes Chinese food, but also burgers and calamari, and brunch and mimosas. The dishes seem to be "ethnic fushion" with a heavy emphasis on "American...ized." When my order said it would come with "corn tortillas," I got "chips soaked in red sauce" instead. The inaccuracy might explain why this menu carries such a defensive attitude. Poor menu. However, the jalapeño infused Bloody Mary (as suggested by a wonderful server, Dana) was solid! Topping it with something more than just a few olives would be nice, though, given the prices. A little more TLC in the drink department would go such a long way here, as it seems most folks are here to get buzzed.Hm... the vibe reminds me of my divorced parents. They tried a lot of crazy things to make it work, but they ended up with a shiny, disappointing child.Hey, I'm only speaking the way Edwin Mills would speak to their guests, so don't get cute.

The drinks are so delicious, the food is tasty but the girl worker there had the audacity to ask my boyfriend what he was watching in my iPad while I’m there sitting next to him, I had to politely check her myself before my fiancé paid the tab called her on to be careful how she approaches unfortunately , after we walk away she screams loudly I have a BF!!!!!!!(Girl with dark hair and glasses )Like really what kind of workers do you guys hire ?Thanks to her I’m never going back to this place we’re happily married never been disrespected like that in any place I know my man’s attractive but common! The bartender my guy he is a very nice gentleman to me and my fiance, this comment is not for you !

Drinks are good. Food always misses and is never made well, usually over cooked and bland. Presentation is always nice just wish their food tasted as good as it looks.

Tried to make a reservation for a large party on a Friday night. They didn't want our business. We are all coming from out of town but they said they couldn't handle our table of 18! Whatever! We will go elsewhere...

Was really excited to try out this place but when I say the young woman with blonde hair at the front was extremely unwelcoming, we got the vibe that she did not want us there so we left.

A little mom and pop down an alley in Pasadena. Great ambience, the menu is amazing with a wide variety for different palettes. The cocktail menu is extensive, and our server, Dana (who is amazing) recommended several drinks that I absolutely loved. The service from Dana was exceptional and the live music was incredible. Looking forward to dining here again!

The food was good. Service was nice. Ambience a little rustic if that's what you like I liked it.

Had a spontaneous brunch here after a nice hike. We were seated promptly and received amazing service from our waitress. She was attentive and wanted to make sure everything was alright. The food was delicious, and the aesthetic was cute. The only thing that fell flat was bottomless. It felt like we were being served orange juice.

This is a great place to stop by for drinks and appetizers. Located in a historic building in an alley with other restaurants and shops, it's a great place to stop by if you're bar hopping. The service is consistently good. They do have a nice brunch menu with unlimited mimosas but their food items including chilaquiles were underwhelming relative to their drinks -- still good though.

Came for bottomless mimosas ($18) which I feel like was so worth! Our server was so nice, she came by a good amount of times to check on how we were doing. We ordered the Banana Foster Pancakes (sooo good), the Breakfast Burrito (just OK), and the That's A Lot of Protein which was steak, brussel sprouts, and choice of side. The brussel sprouts were super yummy, but the steak was okay. Overall was a good experience and would come again for the pancakes and bottomless mimosas.

Nice place to hear some real jazz in Pasadena. Food is pretty good too. Plenty of creative cocktails as well.

This place is a hidden gem! Ambience is everything and the live Jazz music was where it was at! The drinks are amazing and so many options to choose from. Definitely coming back for some more.
