less than ZERO if I could rate it that way. Overpriced, soggy burger. OK I get inflation but one can eat at In N Out cheaper and eat far better. Why this s hole is less than zero to me is the added tip. I dont know if it was automatic or not. I dont think so. The cashier helped me with my ordering and I did see a tip screen but after getting my food I saw an outragous tip on the receipt. Didnt wnat to make a confrontation about it but I sure am not going to let it be a private vent. F this place.

First time at Five Guys.Decor looks like an old burger joint, red and white motif, not too dissimilar from In-N-OutTheir burger is good. Very heavy. If McDonald’s tastes mostly like ketchup and pickles, this tastes mostly like melted cheese and thick patty. This is a good thing but be warned you will feel very heavy and sluggish after this meal. Fries are great - skin on cuts, oily but crispy at the same time. Not my favorite among the other major chains but def not bad.Biggest downside is the price. Paying $13 for a fast food burger is a bummer, particularly when for similar prices you can get a gourmet burger at a bar or diner and this includes fries. Not bad for once in a while, but not my go-to.Parking: Free for 90min but spots fill up fast during lunch time.

We tried the fries, bacon cheeseburger and hotdog. The fries were very tasty, I liked the crispiness and flavor. The hotdog was also good. I got my cheeseburger “all the way”, which is with every topping available. It made my burger massive and I enjoyed it. All the toppings are free and you can choose how many you want. I would recommend “all the way” style for those that want the full 5 guys experience. We are definitely coming back to try the milkshakes which they have quite a large selection of.Parking: The parking is free for 90 min so unless you are shopping at some other place it would be enough time to not have to pay. Parking varies depending on the time that you go as sometimes it is all full and then you have to park outside the lot.

0 stars of I could Stay away from this place unles you enjoy throwing your money away. Over $14 for a hamburger or more than $15 for a cheeseburger. Only a foolish person would pay these outrageous prices for a fast food burger. Absolutely ridiculous. Hope they are gone soon.

1st time customer, craving a good burger tonight and only 10 minute walk from my place. Like the cult of Howlin' Rays, the cult of Five Guys is just that -- the faithfuls will tell you it's the best ever and don't mind the high price-to-portion ratio. I disagree. The beef patties are cooked to order, not microwaved (nothing wrong in itself), and taste very juicy and fresh -- BUT bland. It's missing that grilled smoky hickory wood flavor that a great burger should have. My cheeseburger has 1 slice of cheese, 1 patty and 2 skinny buns for $11. If you added a milkshake it would be over $20. It's no longer enough to justify high price for the best quality meat (you can get 'best quality' everywhere now) if the taste isn't there. Healthy and qualty do not have to mean boring taste. Five Guys just tase boring. I'm no fan of the cult of In-N-Out either but at least their burgers look more appetizing and are cheaper. Better burgers in L.A. for value, quality AND taste -- Pie 'n Burger, Bill's Burger, Chroni's Famous Sandwich Shop, HiHo Cheeseburger.

I love Five Guys! Then, they get my online order wrong (cheese on my burger) TWICE in a week! The first time, they offered a milkshake to make it right. The second time, they offered to remake and then let it sit vs. calling my name or bringing it to me when done. I was waiting and waiting. The place was not busy. Not acceptable to have to spend 45mins to eat one meal. And then eat piece-mealed. Fries done while waiting 10-15 minutes for a new burger. Smh!

Don’t make delivery drivers wait for fries. Horrible way to lose business.

Five Guys makes the best quality fast food hamburger. Period! According to Five Guys, they don't define themselves as fast food. I would tend to agree as they don't cook them in a microwave like McDonald's and other fast food burger chains. They are cooked to order. Prepare yourself to wait longer than other burger chains, but it is well worth the wait. It's much more expensive for a burger here than other chains. I wish it was more affordable. After you are done ordering a burger, large fries and a large drink. It costs nearly $20 for one person. To be fair, the fries are big enough to share no matter what size you order. I like how they offer malt vinegar as condiment to put on your French fries. Pro tip: It tastes good especially with some ketchup as well. The French fries are high quality fries My favorite is the Cajun fries. They are to die for. I ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger All the Way without mushrooms. I literally demolished it in less than 2 1/2 minutes. It was too delicious. We all agreed that Five Guys makes the best fast food burger. In-n-out is a close second, but no one can touch Five Guys' quality and consistency. They have a coke machine where you can try all different kinds of flavors of your favorite sodas. They have several holiday flavors you can try such as Coca Cola Vanilla Swirl, Sprite Vanilla Frost and Coca Cola Cream Soda. I think the Sprite Vanilla Frost is the best of the holiday flavors. I really love Five Guys. We had them in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Pasadena. It tastes fresh and high quality no matter where ever you go. P.S. Free peanuts! Help yourself to some nice salty peanuts.

Not sure what happened here -- shrinkflation? But the food here is a major disappointment. Burgers and fries are not worth what they charge.

I love Five Guys. I hadn't been in ages, but recently went twice. The second time I went it was so COLD inside that even though it was chilly outside, everyone was choosing to eat outdoors. Just waiting in line, my nose was running. It was freezing! (So, maybe work on that, so the customers can enjoy their entire visit.) Food... good as always. I'm glad they still offer peanuts.

I was just talking to my brother the day before about the best burgers around, and Five Guys was one the spots we both agreed made great burgers. Walking in, I was greeted by a beautiful young lady by the name of Melanie who provided very exceptional service. But more than that, I was having a TERRIBLE day and Melanie was able to brighten my mood simply by being outgoing, and eager to assist. It's crazy how someone's smile and just good energy plays an impact In your day. You never know what people are going through, and kindness goes along way. Yo, I was very thankful for that interaction! Melanie was very insightful/helpful, & answered all of my questions about the menu so that I could make an informed decision on what to order. I walked inside with my guitar on my back, and that created really great conversation with staff! I opted for just the CheeseBurger, but I got it "All the way" which was delightful and hella amazing. The meat was so juicy!!! Like, I could literally see the juices peeping through my bag! It was Hot, Fresh, and a joy to devour! Five Guys Burgers remind me a lot of home. What I didn't like much was the price for a burger. $14-15 for just a burger is CRAZY!!!!!! It was very good, but idk about $15.. other than that, I really enjoyed this experience. The restaurant was very clean, as well as the restrooms which were easily accessible. Thank you Melanie & staff!
