As many times as I've eaten here and for take outs, it has been consistent with the freshness, flavor, and service. I had foods for take out for my mum's birthday. She doesn't like to leave for many places so I'm bringing the food to her. I got her the ichima roll, rainbow roll, and the yellowtail delight. And for myself I got the agedashi tofu, baked green mussels and the baked salmon roll. Everything was packed very well and it was still warm when I got home. Everything was delicious!! I would highly recommend their food. It's fresh and delicious!! Service was excellent. They got it all right!!

The Management need to be changed we waited over 90 min now and can't make table of 6 but the pass party of 2S maybe 20 times ahead of us what of waist of time never again

We recently ate there and it seems to be declining in food quality. Our basic bento box was lukewarm and one of our favorite other dishes tasted fishy. I can give specifics but will hold back on that. I wanted to send it back but my wife is always fearful of getting food returned to us with a nasty treat by the chefs because we complained. We had started going there before owners, management and staffing changed. We like it but the difference now is that the place looks better but food quality is down and prices are up. I had been holding back on leaving a review but felt it was time now. We used to sit at the sushi bar and the chefs were friendly, outgoing and would create a great atmosphere. Now the sushi bar chefs are not even friendly. We sat there not long ago and it was like whatever. They did not seem to care if we were there or not. I really hope owners and management read this and think about what I mentioned. Maybe they don't care because people do go there and think it's super great. There is always room for improvement or maybe we should look for another sushi spot. If this is not acknowledged by Ichima we will not be returning.

Food is excellent in taste and presentation. Always fresh, you can always eat as much without being too stuffed, especially for dinner. The ambience is always full of happy guests. Inside can be loud but here for the food and hot sake. Take out or dining-in food always prepared fresh and delicious. Service is excellent as well, they let you dined in without feeling too rushed or over looking too much attention. But there when you need something. You can eat in your own pace at peace. Can't see myself going to another Japanese restaurant in the area.

Services starts to decline, where16 and they try to fit most of us in the same table. It was very tight space. It leaves a wide vacant space for nothing. I used to loved this place. But I guess it's all about the $$$ now!!! They only want is the service charge!
