Usually don’t like to complain, but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Some of the burgers we ordered well done were sent pink inside. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it came out undercooked and rubbery. Told the server and he said they would whip up another and was very polite. We paid, tipped, and left without checking the receipt which was our mistake. After checking the receipt we saw that they charged us double for the chicken sandwich despite it being raw and rubbery and charged us for an extra order of onion rings despite nothing being wrong with them and us not asking for them. Never coming back and cannot recommend anyone to go here.

Their Hula burger on wheat has been a long time favorite since I was a kid! In my mind it's kinda like Chicago style pizza; you can't improve on it but you can't eat it everyday cause it's so rich. Was stoked to celebrate my 35th birthday here.I ended up with an undercooked patty (which is strange for islands as they only serve "medium" and more well done), a tasteless watery tomato, and COMPLETELY tasteless mushrooms. If they're serving a $20 hamburger I wouldn't expect to have to play the "did they make it good this time?" lottery like at Wendy's.Their fries are still bomb, but I CANNOT recommend it to anyone that hasn't been before.

Tried Jalapenos burger with fries. Thought it was pretty good. Had to wait a long time to be seated, very popular place on a Sunday. Hadn't been there in a while, missed the place.

$90 for 3 people for lunch and zero alcohol is pretty steep for a chain restaurant, but we all enjoyed our meals. The cheese fries were always a go-to there, and they've actually improved. The onion rings were surprisingly good. One of the servers coughed on us without covering her mouth, but I'm not going to judge a restaurant by one person's grossness. The worst thing though is how small the sides of condiments are. If you want extra mayonnaise for your burger you're probably going to have to ask three times for those little thimbles that they give you. Were talking 1 ketchup packet's worth of ranch per metal thingie. I'm sure some overpaid corporate employee pitched this as a way for them to save money, but they had to buy the little metal thingies, and they're just going to have to wash 8x as many of those as they normally would have. Annoying. But, the food was very good, the waitress was friendly and adorable, and the service was very very fast. We'll be going there again soon I'm sure.

For what it is (casual dining), it's good food. With generous servings. And the staff is usually first rate. May have a wait at busy times but if you know, you'll be preparedParking: Front is limited but plenty in back

Finally, I had the opportunity to try islands out and tried the Hawaiian chicken sandwich and the mini burgers with fries. Both were really good, the food is good but a bit on the pricey side in my opinion but other than that I have no complaints.

The food is good packed with tons of flavor. I get the Hawaiian burger if not the longboader. Good spot to watch a game and of course have beers!

Some really bad servers. Some good ones. The bad outweigh the good with your overall experience. They give you attitude for asking for ranch. If your beer is warm don't ask for a cold one, you're gonna get the eye roll from hell. Love the food though :) will tough out the bad service for the good food.

Love this Islands!! My partner & I come here often for the bottomless tortilla soup and a Kilauea burger, and it's always delicious! The service is usually fast, and the staff are always super kind. Our favorite Islands.

My friends and I went into the bar to have appetizers and drinks, but for some reason they think that the louder the music, the better the bar. We couldn’t speak with each other so we all left. We went to El Torito instead. Maybe try turning down the music a little bit - music so loud that you can’t speak to each other doesn’t make for a great atmosphere.

The restaurant stinks old or like a chicken coop, I ordered a pina colada and it tasted like a medicine…. and I paid for a meal that I didn't eat and it wasn't

Why don't biologists trust atoms ? Because they make up EVERYTHING. Are you looking for a restaurant that serves more than beef and buns? A place that touches your soul, ignites your spirit, and drives you to be more successful? Look no further than Islands. My favorite place to eat at since I was born at a young age, this Islands is actually a weekly pilgrimage when I'm not studying the secretory pathway and BiP chaperones (My midterm is Thursday). My actual go-to are the cheese fries. A daily must. Imagine this, picture this, ponder this... a symphony of flavors. They dance on your taste buds like beauty and the beast. Golden, crisp, deliciously flavorful fries with the perfect blend of cheese to fries ratio. As you take your first bite (after dipping in ranch), everything goes quiet for a second. Time freezes. Nothing else matters. The cheese, with its gooey goodness, clings to the fries like a cuck clings to the woman he desperately wants, but can never have. You feel enveloped in a warm embrace. You are taken on a culinary adventure, but you are the guide. You navigate through the sensations, savoring every moment of delicious pleasure. As you finish the fry, you're greeted with another. The journey starts all over again. The tikki tenders... as close to perfection as my GPA. I cannot stress enough how delicious they are. Describing them using words from the English language doesn't do justice. For that matter, I'm convinced no language in the world has the proper vocabulary to accurately describe just how deliciously delicious they taste. Possibly I must find an alien civilization, ask to teach me their language, and then possibly finally have the right words to describe them. My mouth salivates just by writing this review. I'm currently studying to be a physician one day and am very far away from the nearest islands location. I'm tempted to drop out, take out a PPP loan, and just move back home so I can enjoy my meal every day. You know what they say, Finance majors are just failed STEM majors! Signed, Dated, Sincerely, Christian D.

Looked for a quick family meal recently and so disappointed with every dish at Islands. We ordered tacos with filled with lettuce, two small pieces of meat and half a slice of avocados. Quesadillas with one slice of cheese, watery tortilla soup with stale chips. The service was good but that's where it ended - not sure what happened to this once iconic family restaurant.
