The food was good. Service was good. My only problem was that my BLT did not have enough bacon. Two bites the bacon was gone. The remaining bites mostly bread.

Have been going to Kathleen's for over 20 years. The food is consistently delicious, always fresh. The atmosphere is like going to someone's home. Kathleen and her staff are the best.

Old establishment of yesteryear. Clean and fast service. Spouse and son both foodies were not impressed. I, on the other hand, enjoyed my my pattymelt. The server was total old school pro. She went out-of-way to full fill my hot pepper request.

Has been my mother's favorite restaurant for 40 years. I took her there this morning for her favorite blueberry pancakes. Absolutely wonderful. One of my favorites for breakfast (on Sundays) as well as for lunch. Great American favorites and Mexican specials that are great (and economical). Their coconut cake is the best if you have room for desert. Kathleen herself is usually there and is a friendly and welcoming face. You cannot go wrong here. Strictly a local business, not a chain. Support local businesses as it is a tough time to be in business, and they give back so much to the local economy. Highest recommendation!

A great lunch option. l've lived in the area for over 70 years and finally gave Kathleen's a try. Good variety of choices on the menu. Fancy? No. Tasty? Yes. Fairly priced and pleasant servers.

Kathleen's is one of my favorite restaurants in Pasadena! I typically go for the fresh salmon salads but everything is perfect here! I love the chicken fettuccini spinach noodles and the chicken kabob plates. You will not be disappointed coming here the ambience is nice, restaurant clean, and powders rooms are always fresh.

The food was pretty decent, and the prices are great, but the atmosphere is outdated, the bathroom door squeaks, and the waitress was rather uninviting. We were the first ones seated and the last ones to get our order taken. The other people that were dining were seniors, so it felt like we were getting stereotyped for our age. The waitress didn't even bother to smile. There was no sense of urgency (even though it's not really what we needed) except when it was time to give us our check to get us out. She didn't ask if we wanted anything extra, or if we were interested in dessert; she just wanted us out.The restaurant was extremely empty, unlike its competition across the street. I get why now.. Lack of customer service will kill any business..

This is like a good old-fashioned mom-and-pops establishment. The service makes you feel like a VIP!!!!!!!!You "do not" have to glad down anyone!!!!!!!The restaurant is very clean with a 1960' to 1970's vibe. The food is really tasty like going to your favorite aunt's house for a meal! The portions are spot on for your money! It's a excellent place to go for a family, first date, business meetings, birthday etc......I have eaten here several times and always had a wonderful dinning experience!!!!I definitely recommend this place! ??

Cozy place but food was underwhelming. Owner was a bit snooty. Just across the street same side is a great breakfast spot called the Reyn.

Absolutely love Kathleen’s!! & Kathleen herself is a lovely person who’s so good at what she does. Not exaggerating when I say that everything on the menu is great. I recommend getting some of their pumpkin bread, I’ve since moved away from Pasadena & dream of it every day. Highly recommend this place.

We Just had a great breakfast and highly recommend this restaurant. The French toast with some of the best I've had compared to many of the breakfast places in Pasadena! The coffee was excellent and the service was great... Cathy was such a joy! The ambience is very clean and neat with open spacious space.
