Food was not what we wanted. Staff didn't know the menu, advised requested item wasn't on menu. Gave me overflowing messy drinks and upset when I asked for a napkin. When kids settled for famous bowls with mashed potatoes, they gave food without silverware. Had to return to store, management offered me a soda for the hell we went thru. Never going there again.

Purchased 10 piece legs and thighs original recipe and half of pieces were NOT fresh - obviously day or older and refried to crispy hard mess! I work nearby at Kaiser Permanente and we used to order for meetings, etc. Won't be buying any more. Guess that's why drive thru next door at Chikfilet was lined up down Lake and KFC had no one. DO NOT STOP HERE! Predict they will close shop within a couple of months.

I got the 30 dollar 8 piece chicken and 8 piece tender family meal and ordered extra tenders and sides.The tenders were completely dry and almost like a chicken chip. The chicken was actually fine. The guy working the drive through refused to give me any more sauce and practically through the bag with food at me. They only gave me one honey mustard so I said "I'm so sorry but do you think I could get a couple more honey mustards I only got one." They rolled their eyes and just shut the window on me. I assumed they went to go grab some but I waited almost 5 minutes and just watched them talk to their coworker and they were laughing so I thought maybe they forgot and waved my hands and they made the gesture of shooing me away So I left when I got home I noticed they did not give me my coleslaw or biscuits or the extra tenders either. When I called they hung up on me so... yea. I usually do not have a problem with this location and love that it is combined with a Taco Bell but this most recent encounter was just horrid

Horrible experience. Waited in line at least 20 minutes, which seems a long time for "fast food." A shift change may have been going on as 2 employees walked out of the store leaving this kid behind the counter. Ordered a Family Chicken Meal (14 Pc.) and took it home. Upon opening the bucket lid, the chicken looked overcooked, and sure enough most pieces were dry & BLAND. Un-edible. Another couple of pieces were saturated in grease; they came apart in a gooey mess right off the bone. Un-edible even for my dog Millie Beast. Several pieces were about 3" in length, dwarf chickens perhaps. The sight of it was horrific, like a Horror movie, but real. I threw it away. $52.36 down the tubes. My kids wouldn't eat anything either. I guess I could have forced them to eat it, but then I would have been busted for Child Abuse; as it is I could go to the slammer for "child endangerment." Never going to a KFC again. Too traumatized. Save your money and avoid this dump. This is the Pasadena KFC on Fair Oaks Blvd & Montana St.

Disgusting disappointed gross nasty Chicken Strips never again buy from this location ... when you deep fry chicken strips, make sure the oil is on right temperature waste of $16 trash food !!! Corporation Food ! Remind me never buy food from KFC !! Disappointed !!!
Kids wanted KFC so we went back. Mentally ready to wait around ignored for 10 minutes. I walk in and there were 2 employees working the the front (and a few in the back). One looked at me within a minute and asked what name is on the order. She was finishing the order and putting in napkins as we talked. Got my food and was out the door in 60 seconds. Very pleasantly surprised especially since i had such low expectations. I guess it depends on the staffing for the particular day. Hit or miss based on my past experience

I have been there a few times over the span of years. Unfortunately it has not improved. I honestly don't know how this location stays in business. You wait for the cashier to help you and they just keep walking by. If this place closed down, it would not be missed. We waited 10 mins for order to be taken and then they are out of pot pies. We order something else and a drink was incorrect. No we did not want to wait again to have it correct and yes that's how slow they work. Get food home and fries are cold and taste like they have been sitting a while.I do not recommend this place to anyone.That is my last time going there. Owner's need to really look at how this place runs and is operated. Can't blame the workers because they follow leadership but then again, is there any ?I know the owner and or manager will never reply cause they do not care.
