Agree with another review - While the atmosphere is gorgeous - exterior, tho interior a bit dull. Food was 50/50 - scones were the reasons I came here for, but definitely not up to standards we have in hotels. Pressed coffee we had to pay additional $14 despite it was a big pot but it was bland, my guest complaint. We want quality not quantity. In addition, they automatically added 20% svc. But there is only one girl who wasn’t always around, which is fine. But not fine to auto add 20% on the bill.Would I come here again? Definitely not.

Went for high tea, and definitely had a wonderful time! Loved the decor and the peaceful ambience (we were there early on Sunday so we beat the crowd and were able to enjoy the harpist's performance to the fullest). Food was great; they had more savory items than sweets, which was a good difference than most high tea places. I only wished there were more scones.

Atmosphere and staff were all extra kind and helpful. We all ordered from the brunch menu the salad Nicoise with salmon - it was so delicious and artistically presented ! I'd order it again and again.

On the higher price for a tea lunch. Food was good, very small portions, though. My biggest complaint is they changed a service fee for every table no matter how many people are in your party. This does not go to the servers but to the establishment.

Such an inconspicuous location. I’ve driven by at least 100 times and never would have guessed this gem to be hidden off of Green. Perfect date idea with your significant other. Try to get there when the live music is playing for extra

It's a beautiful, peaceful place. When I first went there, they had a harpist! And delicious vegan menu

Food from 1 to 10 I give them a 3 . Service the waitress did her best she was an older lady super sweet. Ambiance was beautiful and traditional vintage building, very nice, harp music was delightful.

We didn't like the food. They switched the menu on us and had very high special event prices. Imposed a mandatory 25% tip even though the service was slow. Nice ambiance and very pretty restaurant.

At the Valentine's Day pris fixe the food was overpriced, mediocre, and misleading. The Bouiabesse and risotto was neither Bouiabesse nor risotto but rather overcooked and dry fish and red rice porridge. The choice of soup or salad 2nd course was no choice, just salad. Tea on the desert menu ran an extra $18. There was an automatic 25% service charge, though we were only two persons.

Had Tea with my Sisters and niece's for Christmas and it was fabulous. The food is delicious, two if my niece's are under 6yrs and they had a variety of food to accommodate them. Service was excellent. I have been to several Tea places and this is definitely of of the best! Will definitely come back.

We have had afternoon tea here on previous occasions without incident. So we planned my birthday party in this tea room because I love afternoon tea. The atmosphere is one of my favorites in all of the tea rooms in the area. The decorations are wonderful in the main room, and they have a live harpist. We had booked in advance and pre chosen our menu weeks in advance so that their kitchen and staff would be prepared for our party of 9 to 12 people. However, it took them 20 minutes to seat us and then almost another 40 minutes after that to even see a tea menu for people to choose their teas after we flagged down a server. The entire service from our reservation time took 4 hours. People started leaving early because it took so long. Our server was very nice, but the service from start to finish really should not have taken 4 whole hours, especially when they had such advance warning. The food was very delicious and generally worth the wait. However, I will probably choose a different place if I were to have another large group for afternoon tea. 4 hours is a lot to ask of people. Also, make sure to tip in cash if you choose to tip.

I've been here a total of three times now. The first two times were magical. This last time was a bit of a baffling nightmare. Came here to celebrate my mom's bday along with my niece. I'm vegan and all three of us are lactose intolerant. It takes a long time for our server to come to our table, but once she does, I explain that we would like everything vegan. We order tea with oat milk. We receive tea with no milk. We wait. Our tea gets cold. Eventually we received milk... dairy milk. Not knowing, we drank it. After a few big sips, I suspected something was off. I tasted the milk by itself, and it was definitely dairy milk. I made sure to reiterate to our server and another server who was helping her that we are a vegan table. Only vegan items would be appreciated. Please note, they offer vegan options on the menu. Dairy butter also came in our jam ramekin for our scones. Luckily I knew this butter was not vegan since I had visited this restaurant a week earlier and had a much better experience. Otherwise, we would have eaten the butter too. Please also note, after each suspicion I had, I would ask the server what the item was, and they would confirm with a straight face (no, that's regular butter/milk). I was baffled since I had quite literally spelled out for them that we don't want any animal product items. Since they offer vegan substitutes, I don't see why this is an issue. She returns with a ramekin of just jam, but you can see that the butter was simply scraped out since there was still butter remnants in the jam. I asked her to please bring us a new one. Now I'm starting to feel like the problem, then I quickly correct myself because I most certainly do not have this issue every time. Also, if my dietary restriction were an allergy, they'd be in big trouble. Not my fault. We eat our dry scones, drink out cold tea, and eventually eat our (hopefully) vegan tiers. Then they bring a bday dessert for my mom... dairy CHEESECAKE! They applied a vegan upcharge

The ambience and staff were very pleasant, welcoming and professional. The staff catered to our needs and the music was enchanting. They provided the perfect scenario for the occasion that was celebrated.
