Looked delicious but really too sweet and food was undercooked. Had high hopes but was disappointed by this place!

Very interesting. Their main thing is these gently cooked big poofy "pancakes" made with egg whites and other stuff. Two of us shared a milk tea boba pancakes and it was perfect. It would be a lot for one person. There is a bit of a wait as each order is cooked on demand. They were tasty and fluffy. Would like to try other things there.

such a cute place!!! this is my 2nd time here with a friend. the atmosphere is cozy and cute. their souffle pancakes look so tasty.. I'll try them next time!!! I got the camellia oolong milk tea with boba and green tea jelly and it's so good! very refreshing and floral but not overpowering. I also shared the milk tea crepe cake with my friend and it was perfect!! the crepe layers were soft and the milk tea cream was super good. the tea flavor came through just the right amount!!! highly recommend.

The souffles had a bad eggy aftertaste. They look better than they taste. 1st visit, so can't judge on all the products.

The food was good the drinks were good, there was not a lot of seating. They do get a good amount of business so when you go be patient because it takes time to make the pancakes.

The staff is super fast. During the time I was waiting for my order, I saw 15 to 20 drinks coming out in pickup. There is a wide variety of drinks and I tried flavors I didn't know. I took a dessert for later and at the place I consumed the specialty with cheesecake sauce.

Loved the Japanese souffle, got the creme Brulee. The seating is a bit tiny but I will definitely go back to Pas just for these souffle pancakes!

Souflette Pancakes were wonderful. Warm still in the center and really tasty toppings (had matcha and mango). The wait is long (60 min least on a Sunday at 1pm) and people hoard the areas to eat so I suggest getting there early or sending one person to get a table. The system for ordering is smooth through a tablet and the drinks come out quicker if that's why you're going.Dietary restrictions: Menu is clear about what's in each item. Also respected my request to not include a simple item in a dish though not an option.

Good, but not great. There is not enough seating. People behind us in line, who ordered more pancakes, than us received their order before us.The pancakes are served on paper plates with plastic utensils. The Mango Sunshine pancakes had a mango sauce, but no mango pieces. Some of the fruit was not fresh; it was canned pineapple (like those served at a cafeteria). The pancakes are fluffy, but not as light as the souffle pancakes I've had in Osaka, Japan. The pancakes here also have a very strong egg flavor. The price was also high.Waited in line for 30 min. Waited for pancakes for 40 min. Noon on a Sunday.
