Came in on a late Sunday morning and there was no wait. The staff person sat me coming in and came out to serve me right away. Very friendly, nice, and helpful. I got the free ginger shot which I tried right away. It has a KICK, which I like so I may actually purchase these from here in the future. Feels healthy, ya know!? The chocolate peanut butter protein smoothie is so good!! Tasted than I was expecting, and the smeared peanut butter on the side of the cup was a nice touch (aesthetically lol). Pea or whey protein, and I got pea protein. I got the Regular size, for reference in the picture posted with this review. Highly recommend the location for the quality of smoothies and service!

First time here but was walking by and decided to check it out.... I went around 1 something in the afternoon there wasnt too long of a line but it was hard to choose what i wanted to order. I decided on getting the berry banana blast just to try and it wasnt bad but it was a little on the thinner side but not too thin... It was very easy to drink and refreshing. The drinks and bowls here are a bit more pricey than other juice places by $5-$6 so its definitely a splurge but good thing is that it seems tax is already included which is nice but this is the kind of place if youre wanting to treat yourself.

BEWARE! they girl at the register charged me tip when i didn't want to leave a tip. why didn't i want to leave tip? i walk in and both of them have airpods and none of them greets. i'm standing there and i thought. hmm..maybe they didn't hear me walk in because they have airpods on! lol so i stood there for a while and finally said "excuse me" in a loud voice. she looks at me with an attitude and says "be right there" oh and to add insult to injury the smoothie tasted horrible and she didn't even return the full tip amount! I'M PRETTY SURE THAT'S CALLED THEFT!

On the hunt for a nutrious treat and google search lead me to this Nekter location! It was a little difficult to find, but I called and the juice tender was very helpful in guiding me there. You can't see the front of the location on Lake Ave. The entry is in the outdoor seating area near Macy's and Corner Bakery, hope that helps! Upon entry the smell of fresh fruit filled my nostrils and I was pleasantly greeted! They get an A for cleanliness. The juice tender was pleasant ready to assist with any questions or to take my order. I ordered the new raspberry drink (sm), with a ginger and lemon shot on the side...yikes! The drink was delicious and the shot was like medicine, didn't taste good, but got the job done! Overall, this location was a great find! Clean, low foot traffic (Wednesday afternoon), indoor/ outdoor seating option and healthy delicious treat options. Looking forward to my next visit!

I have used google maps forever. This place is the only one I have ever needed to review. The corporate/franchise leadership should be ashamed of themselves - it’s common to wait 20 minutes to be helped because they have one - 1! - person making juice most of the time. This is an obvious safety concern for the underpaid employees who are drowning in orders. It’s also infuriating to stand in line, sometimes the front of the line, and not be acknowledged by the staff. Let me just stand here and look at my phone I guess. Ownership - Please sell this place and let someone else give it a go or put two people in the store.

The smoothie was good! But there was only one employee. She was doing it all so I ended up paying a crazy amount for a smoothie and waiting for 30 minutes for it. Props to her shes a trooper but don't come here. Poorly managed.

The bowl is nice and full and the employee is very attentive. I like places where the employees seem like they like working there. There’s always somewhere to sit at and relax, it’s a health conscious atmosphere but not an intimidating experience, I’m happy.
usually love their drinks but customer service is terrible!! they had one person work on a saturday literally waited an hour for one smoothie. insane! i just got my drink and the whole time he said he forgot and gave everyone else after us their smoothies. then another lady came and ordered after he said oops and admitted that he forgot to make our drink and as he was about to hand it to us, he gave it to the lady. we waited for an hour and he still made it for someone who just ordered and not the one he forgot??

Customer service was OK, Girl forgot I was on hold and left me on hold for eight minutes and then I had to call back, there was absolutely no one in the store, so I was a bit confused. I am a big fan of açai bowls, and I have Only been to this location three times. One thing I don't like at all is the amount of fruit they give on their bowls for the price. It's a $12 bowl and they literally cut up one strawberry and put it on top the whole thing is just purée with a little bit of granola and a little bit of fruit, if it's gonna be a $12 bowl make it make sense.

The past three times I've got a smoothie here I was very dissatisfied. I always thought Nekter was better quality than somewhere like Jamba Juice for example. Recently their smoothies taste like they were just thrown together. Too liquidly and not smoothie like consistency. Just disappointing and sadly won't be coming back.
