Don't know what happened but I ordered my usual favs here for take out. It must have been an off day or they changed cooks because the chicken tikka masala was dry and the Dal makhini wasn't as rich in flavor. Surprise since they are usually very consistent.

It's just ok. It's more of a fusion than a typical Indian restaurant. The taste of the food is a bit bland which I think is to cater to the general population.

Delicious. Reasonably priced. Honors spicy requests. Convenient location. Can't wait to go back

My boyfriend and I got out of the movie theatre across the street, and as we were walking back to our car we saw this Indian restaurant on the second floor of the plaza. We also saw that all the tables were incredibly full and were intrigued. On a whim, we decided to pop in and eat here. We were immediately seated and we decided on what to get. I'll admit, I'm not well versed in Indian food so I got the basic chicken tikka masala while my boyfriend got the chicken tandoori. We also got the garlic naan as well. The chicken tikka masala was SO good. The sauce wasn't too creamy for my taste and it was seasoned well. The chicken tandoori was a bit of a miss for me. It was pretty juicy for it being chicken breast but when the dish ended up cooling down, it was just too dry. The seasoning was good but I wish I had a sauce that I could dip it in. I would come back again though, the service was great, the restaurant interior smelled AMAZING, and the garlic naan was delicious.

I want to give this place 1 star based on how bad my meal earlier was but on account of my previous other experiences here I'll try to be more objective. My appetizer came out cold tonight. Obviously it's premade and it was just reheated but I'm surprised how someone could serve that and thought that was okay. I asked the server to reheat the dish for me but I can already tell right there I won't be enjoying the rest of my meal. My curry also took awhile and it tasted really off. The nann was also very salty. After a few bites I asked for the check. That took awhile too but for some reason the waitstaff was quick to receive my money and tip. Huh. Anyway, among other things I'm pretty certain the buffet food is made from leftovers like how the nann is probably made with crushed papadums that wasn't served. I expect it but for the price I think they can do better. The only thing this place has over Annapurna across the street is that it's located on the second floor with window views and the place has that dimly lit ambience. However, the food is just not as good. I wanted to treat myself to a nice meal at the end if my vacation. I should've went to Amigos restaurant down the street instead.

The bathrooms here are atrocious no thank you!! There's a difference between ratchet, old, and atrocious. New Daily Palace definitely falls into the atrocious. Human excrement stains all over. The cleanliness and respect for your bathroom speaks to the respect one has to oneself as an institution and speaks to the respect they have to their customers. Customers be aware that you are not respected here. You are better off going to any other restaurant in that plaza.

I ordered their rice pilaf, tikka paneer, and samosas. Each plate was so, so good! I made the error of mistaking tikka paneer for tikka masala and they immediately fixed the error and replaced it. The paneer masala was absolute perfection and I will be coming back! Thank you for the great service and food.

Boy oh boy. I really like this restaurant for indian food. I am a long time customer for about two decades. Unfortunately I don't what's happen to the manager's choices, but the tandoori chicken has been really bad the last several times I have gone here. Everything else remains really good, but the chicken flavor is not good anymore and it is really really dry every time they serve it and when I do a pick up order. Please New Delhi go back to quality not quantity for the tandoori chicken.

The personnel were friendly and courteous, the place clean, the ambiance cozy but comfortable with nice 2nd floor view of the mountains and most importantly ... most all you can eat buffet's tend to lose a little bit on the flavor because it is "massed produced" for many. However, taking this into consideration, as far as Indian food goes, the flavor for the "mass produced" all you can eat buffet here was as good as and even better than some restaurants were you order a single special meal. We definitely will eat here again.

I’ve been wanting to try this place out. My friend and I went for their lunch buffet. Located on the second floor, with a parking lot right behind (I found out after). It’s an affordable $20 for the buffet at the time of this review. The fruit chutney was a pleasant surprise and you have an option between plain and garlic naan. The rice was old and dry, but the two dishes that stood out to me were the butter chicken and saag paneer (spinach and cheese curds). The view of Colorado Blvd from the window seats was nice. The bathroom was a bit of a turn off for me, but nature called. I would definitely go again if given the opportunity.

It was very quiet when I went with a friend. The food was quite decent, though we asked for mild and it was in fact very mild. Don't be afraid to ask for a little spice. It was also surprisingly not too salty which was nice. We got the biryani and chana masala and naan and it was sufficient for two hungry people. EDIT: after going for the lunch buffet I'm changing my review. Nowhere does it mention the price of the buffet even though there's tons of flyers for it all over the restaurant. In theory we should've asked before sitting down but we assumed it'd be 13-15$. Lunch buffet was $20. One hundred percent not worth that price, go elsewhere for lunch. Dinner still fine.
