So sorry to see this location close. I stopped in today because I had a craving for chilli. Then I pull up and all the windows and door were boarded up. What happened? I alway received excellent service and this location was clean. Sorry to see you close Tommy's in Pasadena. Hope you can open elsewhere here in Pasadena.

They had horrible service, no repeat customers, word got out and so they had to CLOSE ! ! Tommy Koulaux would turn over in his grave if he k ew his grandkids had no idea how to run his business.

The food amazing as always ! The strawberry shake was delicious. Triple burger delicious as well ! But the staff is horrible, the old lady that gave me my food gave me a dirty look when I asked for yellow chili peppers. She gave a small pack and I asked for more and got another dirty look. Wow ! The lady that took my order also was questioning my order because I ordered a large milkshake and I guess she thought it was too big for me, she showed me the large size, I was like yea large is fine. Yes I didn't finish all my food but what does she care! I don't like to be judge for ordering a large order. FYI female 5'8 135lbs. But it's my business what I order not the staff.

terrible service. this was my first time at this location and i am never coming back. i love the chili cheese fries and never had a problem with the food or workers at the el monte location. i drove up to the drive thru window and noticed that there was a guy working in the kitchen so i waited thinking he'd come after hes done with what hes doing. i waited and as time passed, him and his coworker did not come to me once... their drive thru hours said its till 10:00pm and i had gotten there at 9:40. waited 10 mins and not one person helped me out or at least tell me that they are closed when they were looking at me through the window while they were in the kitchen. if they had let me know that they already closed and were no longer taking orders i wouldve respected that more. do not sign up to work in the food industry if you're going to treat customers like this. so rude.

How can Tommy's get such low reviews! Come here if you're craving delicious chili. It still doesn't beat the original in LA but its almost as good. The service here is good & its clean. The workers add extra chili like i requested and i never have an issue when coming to this location. I usually hit this Tommy's up on the way back from home when they have deals

Tommy's is great. Haven't been here for a while but hit it twice in a four day span. Delicious food and decent service. It gives In-N-Out a run for their money as best SoCal burger joint
3 stars is for the guy who handed me my food. Maybe I'm a stickler for good customer service because I work in customer service, but geez man a actual greeting would be nice. I asked for ketchup after he gave me my order and he tells me there some in there already and try's to walk away. No man, I need 3 more packets. He hands me a handful with annoyed eyes. Lol. I read eyes well since the pandemic started. Have to be careful how we talk to ppl because you never know if they will rate your joint. Food was good. Tried chili tamale I'll pass , couldn't even taste the tamale, let alone see it. Bomb chili boat though never fails me.

I ordered the Caliente chili burger and received a s*** burger instead. I also requested for extra well done fries and received extra soggy soft fries. The only thing that came out correct was my drink that I served myself to perfection. It was the right amount of ice... it taste just like the picture stated, raspberry ice tea, even the straw was in perfect form and the right amount of height. I paid about $13 for this review. Apparently this location from past reviews seem to be a pattern. Trust it. Save yourself time and go to your local grocery store and buy the original dog food. You will definitely get what you paid for and the quality is definitely true to advertisement.

I love coming to this Tommy's when they are open. Today, at 9:15pm, we pulled up to order food since the hours posted say drive-thru open until 10pm. After pulling up to the window, the store clerk confirmed that they were closed. Their hours tend to be inconsistent to say the least....great place to eat if you can find it open. This has been the third time that this has happened, especially when it's closer to closing time.

Night shift here are apparently unable to understand "no chili", or verbalize when handing food through the window. I also think they conspire with the in-n-out nearby to make Pasadena patrons suffer the slowest fast food this side of the Rockies.Food is fine, though... Apart from that poor facsimile of chili they slather on the burger
