Ordered breadsticks which are expensive as is $10.30… i also waited because they struggled to find my order. I asked for an extra sauce because one sauce typically isn’t enough. Then she attempted to charge me an extra TWO DOLLARS for this little TINY cup of sauce. I can get a whole jar of marina sauce for $2…. She should’ve just gave me the sauce complementary for me having to wait!!!! DO BETTER.

Tonight is the first time I can recall ever consuming Pizza Hut. I eat all kinds of pizza, chain and ma and pa and hipster and fancy upscale so I am clearly an expert when it comes to grading this classic staple. After a 6.5 mile group run I saw the stacks of Pizza Hut at the final destination and the music slowed down. I was in awe. The one in La Canada closed so I am honestly never around the Hut to add my two cents as to whether it is a tasty treat or not.I tried 3 different slices. Cheese, Pepperoni and Pep. Sausage and Bacon. All were bliss. I love how pillowy this pizza is. It stands on its own from the other chains. 2 stars?! Ha. I think not. Now I just wanna get some Hut and devour 1/2 pizza while posted in the shade to escape the fiery hell scape that is summer in LA County.

I have't had pizza hut in a long time since dominios is cheaper and perfect for a pizza fix, but damn it was so good. now i remember why i preferred pizza hut when i was kid.I ordered when they opened and they got on it right away. In 15-20 min while i walked around the center they were done. customer service was good, nothing spectacular. got in and out quick and easy.the pricing though, is where i remembered why i still pick dominios over pizza hut. i was checking prices online and it was significantly cheaper to place an order online than it was to go in shop to order. 4 Large pizzas (pepperoni & cheese), ran me $70 where i think online it was around $50-55.all in all, if you wanna splurge on fast pizza food is good!

Oh My God this is the biggest scam in the History of Scams . The Big New Yorker is a complete joke and I ordered it from the Pizza Hut on North Lake in Pasadena Do not order this pizza. It is a joke. There is nothing New York about this. I've had real New York pizza in New York and this is a total joke you cannot call this a New York pizza you can't there's nothing New York about it OK nothing it's oh my God seriously and $37 for this it's a total and complete lie, yeah I got extra cheese and extra pepperoni on it and they charge me $37. There's $9 in surcharges before you even get a Pizza OK $9 in surcharges.Seriously this is not the Pizza Hut that I remember from when I was a kid. I don't know what this is but it's not. It's a total and complete joke I can't believe that this company that I remember I can't believe their still In business honestly, oh that's right all the Pizza Hut restaurants actually closed all of them Do not order food from this app or delivery service, Trust me you're better off buying frozen pizza and making it yourself.The delivery driver was the only part that was good and Michaela that took my order was the only part that was good about the pizza. I will never ever order Pizza Hut ever again ever ever ever again. What a complete and utter travesty this was and I only get store credit I didn't even get my money back so they automatically just give you your money back, it wasn't even in my door 5 minutes before I called and complained doesn't really say much for your company. Wow that's just so sad. I can't believe that this is the Pizza Hut that I grew up with this kid back in the 70s nope nope nope complete and total joke on my stomach is queasy from the food just because I had to much not because of the food itself you lost a customer that's been a customer for ever forever mountain I've been a customer since the 70s so you do the math

Best place to get pizza and pasta and chicken wings and bread sticks and all the desserts are truly scrumptious and enjoyable for the entire family. Not to mention that they have drinks (sodas) and All the side's you can get extra charge.

The "Big New Yorker" special pizza wasn't special at all. The TV commercials show a pizza with much more cheese than the regular pizzas, and this wasn't that at all. Disappointing.
