Finally found parking and got takeout at Smashhouse Burger Pasadena. All I can say is that the burger was perfect. Every ingredient was terrific and it was a "dish". Tater tots were perfectly cooked, but a bit bland. Still good. Highly recommend it!

Disappointed. The burger was mush. Not sure why it was so bad. Tater tots were good though. That's about it. I forced 3 bites and couldn't do it anymore. I wish I had enjoyed it because it was an expensive burger.
Burgers were great! They have $1 draft PBR during happy hour?! The layout is nice- would be great for large groups who wanna hang out for a while. They have multiple board games/card games to borrow (to borrow you'll need to leave your card with them). Will definitely come back with thirsty friends during happy hour!

I've tried the loaded tots, they were good, not drowning in cheese sauce or what ever that was, but it was perfect that way. I hadn't had pickles in loaded fries before and I really liked that. It actually works quite well and if you haven't tried this jus think of it as a flavor that balances out the richness. There's bacon chopped in there, caramelized onions, this sauce that's probably made of everything your arteries don't want, and the tots were crispy crispy, not soggy with oil. I dug in so quick forgot to snap a photo. I'd say these are shareable, portion is enough for two if you're also getting burgers. I would ask for extra pickles next time haha. I'm told this place is not at all like the chain restaurant Smash Burger, there a few things they offer you won't see at other smash burger style joints.

Great burger spot! I got the smash burger without pickles and it was fantastic. It comes with a couple thick pieces of good quality bacon, I could do without it but it's a nice inclusion. Burger with fries and a fountain drink was just over $17. Fries are plentiful and delicious, and they have a solid assortment of beers on tap. Parking is located behind the building, with some limited street parking as well. I'd definitely come back.
