I was craving menudo, so I thought I'd check this place just a few miles from my place. I ordered a menudo to go, and as soon as I saw it, I knew it was gonna taste great. The broth was rich and flavorful, with lots of tripe and hominy. The order came with chili/oregano mix, tortillas, and lemon with cilantro and onion. This definiely makes me want to try their other food.

I read some of the comments and the place sounded good but who ever recommended their menudo doesn't know about the good stuff. I came in at 8:00 am on a Saturday and ordered menudo which they only sale on Saturday and Sunday so I would think it's was fresh but when they served it,it was lukewarm and very little tripe. It wasn't very flavorful eather. Their tortillas are hand made and that's good but also lukewarm. The lady at the register was nice but I wouldn't come back for menudo. Perhaps to try something different... Now if you want a real Mexican experience for menudo I recommend Los Petates in east LA . Bigger portion smaller price and %100 Mexican flavor

I don't like leaving bad reviews but for a first timer here. Food was horrible, carnitas tacos were just nasty. I don't eat almost all day and this is what I decided to get for lunch after eating the food 30 mins later I have been throwing up, sick to my stomach. Won't be ordering and or eating here again.

Small spot , rough parking but the food was so worth it! My daughter had chicken tacos, I had chorizo con heuvo burrito and my husband was so happy they had lengua. Service was great the woman behind the counter was sweet. We will come back to try more of the menu.

all the different dishes are so flavorful, an amazing place to sample different types of mole. I really enjoyed both their red and green mole sauces.

It's been eight months since my previous review and I reordered menudo for Saturday lunch. It was just a good now as back then. Really delicious menudo broth and plenty of tripe. The broth was so tasty you could dip chips in it and make another meal. All the usual condiments were included in my order: cilantro, oregano, chopped cebolla, lemons, tortillas and a small addition I always request: a small plastic cup of chopped fried garlic. Add that to your menudo it'll give it an extra taste kick: from tasty to fabulous! I'm still licking my lips and savoring that menudo order way after I finished it off. Sho' am good!
