Please don’t order coffee here. They do not follow the order that you need. I ordered light ice, but they give almost a whole cup of ice, that you can see the ice after I finished. Terrible! I’ll never ever order here any longer!!

Im a wealthy individual who dresses up like im homeless to see how restaurants treat the homeless and this particular store failed. The moment I walked in with my backpack and torn up clothes everyone literally stopped, stood there staring, then before I got to the counter they asked me what I needed in a very unwelcoming manner. This is not acceptable and if you expect people who are down and out to want to integrate back into society you people must take a stand on treating them like anyone else.

I love Starbucks, I typically order through the app and order online the way I like it to my own liking. It's fast processed food and yet to experience an issue with the food. Starbucks is clean and moderately noisy.

After 9 years of not coming here I have this location another chance. And yet again they still don't have it together. I ordered through the app a tall soy latte. App said for pickup by 848. I went in there at 855. I went to the pickup order shelf. My drink wasn't there. So I approached a lady behind the counter asking where it's at. They said they remembered just making it. Another lady said it's here. But it wasn't when I was there. Seriously get it together! I'm not coming back for a while. Hopefully some new employees will get it right in the next few years.

I ordered a drink this morning and when I got there my drink was gone and the clerk had to make me a new one, the clerk was helpless and didn't apologize . I'm disappointed.

Usually come here to do homework, study, etc. Nice staff and all. Came in on a particularly bad day when I had to do around 4 hours of work but got comfortable quickly. Felt particularly bad because of other bad things happening, but was uplifted after I realized that the staff had been playing Taylor Swift for most of my stay there. Of course they probably had no idea she is my fav, but the dynamic and friendliness of the staff made me feel just a bit better. Instantly became more productive and finished all my work in 3 hours. Not sure if they'll see this but if you worked on August 26th, 2023 in the afternoon, then y'all the best.
