Person making my drink had no idea what they were doing and charged a ice green tea as a matcha latte.This person did not seem like they should be managing the store by themselves, the other staff member was not attentive and was making a drink another employee rather than helping customers. This establishment needs new management and someone that actually can make the drinks correctly.

This Starbucks in Pasadena CA is awesome,it's 90°degrees this Brandon fruit is nice and cold ,the vibes and inspiration is awesome the service is always awesome!

DISCLAIMER: I did not shop hereI am here for Mosterpalooza and needed to use the restroom. I was willing to buy anything but was told by customers that the store had closed its barroom. I understand that this may be a huge inconvenience for them specially with the length of the line BUT we have kids, elderly among many more in line. I don't blame them for keeping their facilities under control. Just wanted to share my thoughts on how much I disagree with this decision.

Writing this review to specifically shout-out Naomi. I've gotten coffee here during lunch as I was at a conference the last two days, and Naomi specifically was very attentive, kind, and went above and beyond. This location doesn't ask for tips through a jar nor on the touch pad, but I wish I could've tipped Naomi as they are clearly the backbone of this location!

This Starbucks has very limited hours so check to make sure they are open before heading there. If they are open, the coffee is good. It is a very small location as well with limited seating.

I enjoyed the ambiance here. We came in here for a quick drink and to get parking validation, the staff was really nice and they also gave me the code to the bathroom. It wasn't nasty or anything. The employees smile for real here!

It is not the biggest Starbucks, but it could be one of the busiest. The staff here are just pure awesomeness. They are very tentative, and strive to please no matter how complicated the orders are. Trust me, I've seen some customer order Tiktok Starbuck Challenge-- and the order was like a paragraph. Since I am a super regular here, they greet me by my name, and know my orders by heart. Love the crew, and thanks for the yummy drinks!!

This used to be my favorite Starbucks, however, after dealing with this girl Amanda I can honestly say that I will never go back there. Her attitude and facial gestures are very mocking and rude and you can tell that she has zero patience for customers. Not only that, I even noticed how she was treating her co-workers badly and so rudely. People come to Starbucks because of their experience. Amanda definitely knows how to chase customers away because NO ONE wants to go to a place and deal with an impatient and rude employee who's responsible to make my coffee. You cannot roll your eyes when a child is deciding what to get, and when I confronted her about her facial expressions she said 'we have other people in line' and walked away mumbling something else.... horrible experience!!!!! She needs to be trained in customer service ASAP!!!
