Parking: I just wanted to say these guys were open and 5:30 am the day of the Rose Bowl Parade and being able to grab a coffee and pastry was life saving. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming even on New Year’s Day at 5:30 am. Kudos to this staff

The Starbucks is great and the staff is super nice and helpful. This review is for the parking situation. Rude and aggressive attendants that have nothing better to do than harass people in their cars who are clearly customers. Today's incident included banging on the car window and verbal abuse.

Ordered a medicine ball, first out of the tea, tried to compromise with a different tea. It was terrible, watery, no flavor, paid several dollars for hot water. Not happy

This starbucks is very slow and sometimes rude...and the recent renovation was not an improvement...I am a Starbucks addict...so I have been to many from the East coast to the West coast...they took away most of the indoor seating and they took away the dining room...and gave the space to the employees but its just as slow...you can not sit inside and enjoy your coffee with your laptop...or have a first date with someone you met online!! It's just an assembly line...bad move people! Tempe, Scottsdale, and Chandler have actual coffee shop vibes!
