Not a Restaurant- just a kitchen - i placed an order over the phone - they made a mistake and they had no way to correct the mistake! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! - Just kept transfering me to different people who couldn't help - spent 30 mins and still never got my order right, food was cold by the time the we just decided to leave- NO ONE CORRECTED THE ORDER AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THIS PLACE!

Decided to dine in...you order your food at the front counter and then choose your table. Food is brought out to you family style. There is an area for self service drinks and condiments. Food is delish! The grilled lemon garlic chicken is my favorite it is so tender and yummy. The BBQ chicken is good too - nice and tender. The tri-tip i recommend medium rare. They have a big dining room with tables and booths and an outdoor patio with heaters. I want to thank Nia our server she was very helpful! Bring your appetite it is a lot of food or it's shareable!

My family have eaten here a few times and the food was great! However we ordered the megafeast for Christmas dinner and it was not good. The ribs were overcooked, beans had no flavor and the macaroni/cheese was terrible!!! No one wanted to eat it. We ended up throwing it away! What a waste!!!

Food is hit or miss and the service is subpar. On more than one occasion they got my order wrong, and they were pretty dismissive of my concerns regarding the inaccurate order, a kinda "oh well" attitude with no apology for the inconvenience. They have not shown themselves to be customer focused, and I wouldn't recommend them unless you have a lot of patience for order rework, I'm out of patience for them.

It was our first time trying this place. We were a little worried due to reviews but was pleasantly surprised at how delicious our entire meal was and how friendly the manager and the cashier are. We ordered 2 grilled Salmon well-done, and they were cooked to perfection/just the right amount of crisp, marinara pasta, pizza and garlic mashed. This place is casual but it has a nice-restaurant vibe at night time (outside seating area). It's not a full-service restaurant - You order & pay, then pick your own seat and they bring the food to your table. 5 stars from the food to the service.

Wanted to do a simple birthday at home and this turned out to be great. Decent food, fast service, great for picking up and taking home. - pesto pasta 4/5 - baby back ribs 4/5 - loaded mash 4/5 - garlic bread sticks 4/5 This portion that I got was just enough for four people and it was fairly priced for the portions

It was a shame that we couldn't count on our order being processed tonight. After 10+ years of going and ordering from this restaurant, they simply could not get our order out; blaming it on Labor Weekend crowd. I waited more than 40 min for my online order and still they could not tell me when our order would be ready. Granted they first said it'd just be late 5 min upon my arrival. Manager and staffs didn't do anything to make it right unfortunately.

Never knew I could like pesto sauce and pineapple on pizza, but I was wrong. This was so good 100% recommend. Got this to-go, but during the times I did eat in the service was okay!

I would love to give this place 5 stars because the people were very nice and it is convenient.On Fathers day we got the Bbq tri tip chopped salad but there was very little tri tip in the salad.If I have to pay a l;ittle more because prices went up I'm ok with that but this was very chincy.

Ordered take out from here for the first time in quite a while and was so greatly disappointed. The tri top was absolutely horrible. No flavor, tough to eat, and undercooked. I will not be ordering from here again.
