I ordered from this location the first time today through the app. It was further than I wanted to drive but they had the jalapeño bread I wanted. I put in the comments extra mustard. When I came to pick it up. The lady greeted me and washed her hands immediately. I saw that the food area was just cleaned. I got my order and she said she put in extra mustard packets which I really appreciated! Then I got my soda drink and it was super clean. I was just so impressed by her friendliness, attention to details, great customer service and the cleanliness of herself and the store was immaculate! This makes me want to always come to this location because of these things! Thank you subway! I appreciate such a great employee!

I would give this location zero stars if I could. They had one person at night and I was patient because I know what it is like to work under those circumstances. However, what I'm not okay with is that I waited over 20 mins and a couple came in after me and the worker told them they can go before me. I informed him that I have been waiting and he told me I have to wait after them. THAT IS NOT OKAY especially because I had already waited way longer then that couple that came in AFTER me. Do better.

Lady was totally rude just throwing my sandwich together. I started to just walk away but I had to feed my baby
Today I went in at around 8:15-8:20 am. I go to PCC so I thought I’d be a good idea to grab a quick sandwhich for the day. When I walked in a regular was there, he was a old man, but she treated him like he was oblivious to the fact that she shorted him change. He explained to the women “my total was $17.99 and I always get $2.01 back” she dismissed him and told him to look at the receipt. I’m sure he was right because this wasn’t my first time seeing him there. He didn’t want to argue so the poor man left. When it was my turn to be charged she asked me was it for here or to go, I said clearly to go. But when I received my receipt she charged me the eat in tax. Not a lot of people know this, but when you decided to eat in at subway they will charge you a eat in tax. Many places do this. When I confronted her about it she told me there was no difference and it was the same price and take out, little did she know I worked at a subway before and knew the difference. So when I told her that she dismissed me as well. I told her she didn’t need to lie about it. As I left she proceeded to chase me out the subway telling me she needed to charge me again, I asked her “so I was right and your lying.” And she said yes. I couldn’t believe the sarcasm and disrespect I was hearing. At that point I told her that she didn’t need to lie and I left. I had class and didn’t have time to argue with someone who was clearly taking advantage of customers. Couldn’t believe it was here right next to my campus.
