I had such high hopes for this place, and was so disappointed. It started with the silly red rope /bouncer entrance on a Sunday afternoon where we had to wait in the rain for our 4th party member to park. There's a choice of tables or sofas, but btw sofas seating comes with a 2 bottle minimum. The setting is great and the staff is friendly, but I was so hoping for an actual wine bar with wine flights - that's what one wants from a wine bar! Instead it's pricey glasses of wine and snacks and dessert, which I could get at any nice restaurant. I think they should take a corner of the place and add a bar and do wine flights. But if enough people like this place as is - then more power to them!

My recent visit to The Cellar was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly bouncer who directed us to an elevator down the hall. Descending down felt like stepping into another world, and as the barrel-like door opened, we were warmly welcomed by the host.The atmosphere at The Cellar is simply enchanting. With the soft melodies of a piano in the background and the ambiance reminiscent of a cozy library, it's a place where time seems to stand still.The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. A little "speakeasy" spot nestled on the main street of Colorado. There's an outdoor patio, but the main attraction is the downstairs library piano bar theme area.There was a line to get in for us on a Saturday at 9pm. We got lucky and were able to get seated in the library bar area with the help of the awesome staff.Service was so friendly and accommodating. Noise was a nice conversational level. Nice little spot to start the evening and/or end the evening.

Okay I'm obsessed..the design of this bar is a dream for a bibliophile. I love the book and wine and art decor. It's such a cozy space but a space with lots of room to be comfortable. There can be a bit of a wait but not too bad. Look for the sign on the sidewalk and red ropes. The prices were fair and our server was super kind and super helpful. This wine bar has the most options I've ever seen. They have a huge book full of bottles and then pre selected glass options. Definitely ask your server for their recommendations. Food was good too. I only got a snack of Brie and strawberry toast but it was so good. I can't wait to come back.

The service is horrible!!! I went with a large party, we ordered individually and my board was placed in the middle of the table. When I inquired about my board the waitress nastily said she would check on it, she did not. After speaking to the manger, I was told it was delivered. The waitress had the nerve to ask if I want her to give it to me after it had been there for over an hour!!!We asked for water and napkins, didn’t receive! Missed opportunity for the establishment, they had no clue who I was dining with and what a pleasant experience COULD have brought to their establishment.

This place had potential but the concept overall fell short. Having guests wait outside in the cold to be let in by a bouncer is not ideal. Only appetizers, charcuteries & desserts with wine are on the menu. Lighting inside is a bit bright. Lastly, an automated piano playing music does not do it for me.
