Soggy food, over priced, grossly sweet honey mustard. Can make better sandwiches at home.

I eat the sandwiches all year long. I love the ham and the ribs from this place too! They have so many excellent choices of meats, sides, cakes and pies. The staff is so kind and helpful. I live closer to another HoneyBaked Ham but I come to the Pasadena store for the service and flavorMuch better than Glendale!! or any other HoneyBaked Ham store in the area ?Vegetarian options: The California veggie sandwich is sooo good! There are other good sides that are vegetarian too. Desserts are generally vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free optionsKid-friendliness: Kids like most of the menu

Christmas ham is a staple in our house ever since I brought it home a honey baked ham 29 yrs ago they have figured out the most productive way to get us in and out of the store, I noticed all happy faces in the line that moved faster than ever before. Keep up the good work.

The ham is great but who managed this place?? 3 friendly but clueless employees in desperate need of training.I was standing in line with 3 other people and no one behind the counter for a good 5 minutes.I ordered a sandwich and the worked kept telling me she didn’t know how to make it, and that she was hoping it was going to be good (it was ok)Meanwhile another employee is offering chips from a bag he’s opened to people in line which seemed a bit out of place / not really appropriate?Friendly staff but this place needs the supervision of a manager that can properly train the employees.

A little concerned on the pricing I just dis an online order for a 5lb ham and when I went to pick it up there was an issue with my name and the girl scanned the quarter pound ham and was cheaper then what I paid online. When I got home I realized that they only gave me a 3.47lb ham when I paid for a 5lb ham which cost me almost $70. Not sure why I paid online so much when I didn't even get the full 5lb ham.

Enjoyed the food, but the service was terrible. My mom, who's sick, sent me an order number for pickup. I waited in the wrong line for 50 minutes, then at the register, was told to go outside and start over. Despite explaining, I was forced to wait in the long line again. Attempts to talk to another associate were futile as management insisted I queue up once more. I reported the incident to corporate after witnessing them assist another customer who was in the wrong line

5-star for excellent customer service from a store manager named Liz. I was picking up a ham today and wanted to use a gift card purchased several years ago through a school fundraiser. The cashier couldn't get it to work so he called the manager. She couldn't get it to work either so I asked if there's a number I can call to sort it out. She offered to call their customer service for me if I can wait. It took her 20 minutes on the phone while the store was packed with holiday shoppers and pick-up. She got it to work for me. Luckily she was willing to call and it worked. I had the full value still on the card. Thanks Liz! This is the only Honey Baked ham store I go to even if the wait took 50 minutes.

It's very frustrating for clients to preorder and prepay for ham and have to stand in a line for over an hour and a half in really hot weather. It should be an easy process but to have to stand for so long shows the disorganization of the store. I hate giving bad reviews but today was honestly ridiculous.
