So consistently good. Our favorites are the Oseng spicy shrimp fried rice and the fried chicken. Service is super friendly. Takeout only.

Try the special fried chicken , its super tasty. Lots of choices to make menu is lengthy, so one order at a time. Going back soon.

Their special fried chicken was tasty but the chickens are small. Have to go back and try their island combos.

This is a takeaway only place but the fried chicken is excellent. Very tasty and juicy. This is a can’t miss place in Pasadena.

Excited to see the article from Eater LA. Ordered crispy fried chicken and Indonesian fried rice. Fried Chicken is crispy and delicious. I found the Indonesian food is a bit sweet to my taste. Overall is great!

Fried chicken made to order. To go only, no sit down dining. Front end cashier is super friendly n accommodating. Needs to update their prices with the online prices, outdated. Super delicious bbq ribs.

Chicken katsu plate is sooo good! Delicious chicken, Mac salad and rice. Service is great and everyone is friendly. It doesn't look like much from the outside but it's worth it.

Awesome food and very nice people! Almost don't want to leave a good review because the secret will get out but I just love them too much :)

Extremely rude staff. Felt rushed by the lady to order. She let me know right away that it'd be a 30 min wait. $40 for 4 things when 2 of them were musubis and the katsu was the mini size is crazy. Probably never coming back due to the chaotic atmosphere and

Interior is small but parking is decent, and I think the food is hit or miss depending on what you order. But for the most part the fried chicken katsu is a good option; the bone in fried chicken that others seem to like was a little dry for me. There is a catering menu and seemingly they are a good option for gatherings. The owners work here and are very sweet Asian couple. They will always smile and engage in conversation with you. Top Restaurant has been in business for a long time so they are doing lots of things right!

Came here after the feature article in LA Eater. For this visit I only ordered their Indonesian food, will try Hawaiian food next time. They are very generous with their food, and although I didn't call ahead to order, I think it only took 10 minutes to make 4 orders. Their famous fried chicken had a light crispy batter. My Southeast Asian friend mentioned the fried chicken tasted exactly as how they remembered fried chicken tasted like as a child. Chicken was extremely moist and flavorful. They make a limited amount per day so I guess I got lucky when I dropped by around 3:30pm. Indonesian fried rice and rice noodle with shrimp were both really good with the shrimp being fresh and on the larger side. Highly recommend the red curry beef (rendang) with egg. Beef was extremely soft and melts in your mouth. Very addicting with rice. Staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. They are in a strip mall at the corner of Allen and Colorado with a decent size parking lot. No issues finding space. Definitely looking good forward to trying out their Hawaiian food next time.
