RAW MEAT WTF!!! We ordered two double cheeseburgers and every patty was rawer than the picture shows. I was a fan years back and decided to try them again but this could have killed us!

This is my first time visiting this location. I was extremely pleased with the service. If you want to eat a good burger try the 'impossible'

This is my first time visiting this location. I was extremely pleased with the service. The establishment was at max capacity, yet all of the staff still provided great service. All of the employees had a great attitude and were very attentive. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Kore.

Was excited abt my food & ordered delivery and OMG, cold burger patties, the patty was thinner & as small as a McDonalds regular burger patty. The tomato was thicker than the meat. The bread was a bit hard. I've never had cold such cold burger delivered for dinner during COVID. The quality of the burger was subpar at best. The sides... while a bit cold as if they had been sitting under the light b4 delivery... fried pickles were tasty, the onion rings were alright & fries were OK.

Unami NEVER disappoints! Great food, great service, great environment! I'm vegetarian and I always get the Original Impossible Burger with the truffle fries. It's the go-to for any time of day!

Plastic chunks in my food. Should report it to the health department. Curious what grade they have for sanitation levels. I do not recommend ordering here. Go somewhere else. Marketing is misleading. They invested into a nice logo and packaging. Thats about it.

This spot is one of my favorites! Good pricing, big portions and the staff members are constantly friendly.

This place is what a lot of pessimistic people would consider a hipster restaurant: hip and fashionable, extremely mediocre food. The burgers or fries were not especially umami whatsoever, and I'd actually probably describe it as "a few steps below the most basic Shakeshack cheeseburger". I also got a side of truffle fries, which were, actually, something to sneeze at. I can confidently say the packaging is great, and the napkins were of such quality I actually saved them for a few days, not wanting to use them, but for the price (and ESPECIALLY for the price...although at this point I'm consistently disappointed by general Pasadena prices and restaurant quality) I would not recommend this place.

The flavor of their burgers are perfect. They are not huge but the perfect size. The burgers are so simple, flavorful, and tasty. I always order the truffle burger because I'm very picky with what's in my burger. This burger is always cooked to perfection and packs with such yummy flavor. My girlfriend ordered the new burger - the wagyu mami. I think the burger had Korean flavors such as kimchi. He really liked it. I like that umami burger will add new burgers to their menu periodically to spice their menu up once in a while. The food is pretty good but it's not necessarily worth it's price.

Highly disappointed with the absolutely disgusting food. The presentation is great with the thick napkins and the nice boxes that the food comes in, but the food itself is disgusting. First off, Umami burger is not cheap, a burger and frys combo is 12.48. Add in your 3.50 CAN of Coke, not a fountain drink, your burger, fries and a coke it comes in around 16 dollars, plus tax/tip. For that price, Unami burger better be delicious. If you ever heard the phrase, you get what you pay for, I mean 13 dollars for a burger and frys and it comes out tasting worst than trash, it's a pretty disappointing and upsetting experience. The burger came out cold, literally cold. I ate it right outside the place and it was cold. The cheese wasn't even melted and when you bite into it, the cheese comes out in chunks. The French fries were painfully hard to eat. There was so much salt on the french fries that it literally burned my tongue while eating. Let alone, the fries came out soggy, not even crispy at all. Worst French fries I've ever had. The "Chickin and Wings" is not real wings. It's literally a chicken nugget that they charge 11.99 for. If it was real chicken wings, I wouldn't mind paying 11.99 but they are chicken nuggets. No bones what so ever. Absolutely avoid. Skip the drinks, don't be like me and pay 3.50 for a can of Coke with zero refills. Let alone, you can get a whole case of Coke for about 4 dollars. Highway robbery. Overall, one star for the presentation, the food was just absolutely disgusting with fries salted so much I was in pain trying to eat them. Highly avoid, do not pass go and collect, skip 100%! For a "high end burger place" there are definitely better places that I would spend my money at.

Umami used to be good. Ordered the double truffle burger for delivery. It was disgusting. There was a certain smell to the burger. The patties did not melt like before, instead it was stale and felt like I was chewing tendons/ligaments. The patties definitely were not fresh, and lowkey I Hope I don't get food poisoning. Disgraceful.

TAKE OUT EXPERIENCE: I've been to Umami Burger countless times before Covid and I usually really love the burgers + fries. So not sure if they change the quality for take out but it is 100% NOT the same. Quality is def lower, I ordered the truffle burger and there was very little cheese, the buns were just dry, and I ordered the thin fries but what I got were not thin fries. Take out comes in a cool box but other than that, I really wouldn't recommend ordering Umani. Their dine in experience is way better.

Dry burger, ordered without cheese and got cheese. Fries were not Umami fries, I think they are mixing the vendors foods. Also, 4 soft drink choices and no water, no ice tea, no nothing except 4 Pepsi products. Not returning to this place soon. New people in the food business that need some help.
