They didn't have bone-in wings, but the staff was nice and hooked me up with boneless wings, so I'll be back.

Well to start I ordered from Wing Boss but I couldn’t find the location for pickup. So after driving around for 15 min I called the phone number listed and it was answered as Dickey’s BBQ Pit not Wing Boss. So I found the locations and entered Dickeys at 8:15 pm to get my order and it was ready on arrival. When I arrived it appeared the two workers were more focused on cleaning up rather than trying to ensure my order was in tact and accurate. I ordered 30 wings with three sauces (Atomic, Buffalo Hot, and Korean Spicy) and neither box were labeled with the appropriate sauce and I realized that just prior to getting on the freeway. I brought the wings home and I had to doctor them up with appropriate hot spices, seasonings, and sauces. This is not what I expected after reading other previous reviews. Customer service and product were so very disappointing.

If you want to have the worst food and service imaginable, order from this place. Waited 45 minutes just to have a wrong order sent to my house. If my best friend was on his death bed and asked for this place as his last meal, I'm letting him starve. Because that's what a real friend would do. I have never been so disgusted in my entire 33 years of living. If i could give this place a zero, i would.

Ordered bone-in and got boneless but was charged for bone-in. And I also asked for blue cheese and didn't get any. And I got Unsweet tea instead of sweet just like I asked. I really don't understand how a simple order can be messed up. I understand you guys can get busy but double checking didn't hurt anytime.And the order took more than hour to be delivered.

Wow these wing are very good .We had them delivery it was fast easy to order .They arrived crispy and hot .Even the fry’s were great still hit and crispy .

I placed my order before reading reviews and so glad I did. I was expecting so much less and was pleasantly surprised. The wings were normal sized wings. They tasted great...the perfect amount of hickory smoke flavor with the seasoning. The fries were cooked to perfection. My kids are very picky and they even loved it!

Holy freaking crap somebody in inventory is pulled a fast one on you. These are not normal chicken wings these are bottom-of-the-barrel teeny tiny less than gram of meat on them chicken wings good God. I have bought duck feet from Sam Woo that had more meat on them then freaking the wings that I bought off this place. And there's not a lot of meat on duck feet but they only charged 7 for a dollar so what the f*** is going on here I'll tell you what's going on somebody in inventory is pulling a fast one on you no Bueno
