The food was awesome store was clean the staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable, Luis and Saul were the only employees there and there were like 7 people they got us very fast!! Definitely recommend going here

The food from blaze is always decent but the service at this location was -100 From walking in and one associate being on his phone 6 minutes pass and then I was greeted, in a very off putting manner. Also where they hold meats & produce was filthy. 100% cross contamination. It's unfortunate because I've always had great experiences at blaze maybe this location can use some TLC. I'll add I was the only order and it was 3 hours before closing.

This location is poorly managed. The pizzas are dry and undersauced. They don't even have paper plates or Parmesan. The SLO location is better. The blood orange lemonade was decent.

I like this pizza place because I can really customize my pie without paying a lot of money. I love the cauliflower crust but all of their crusts are really good. They have a lot of variety to both meat and veggie options. It has never been terribly busy so we are served almost right away. The place is clean and in a good place. Stop here for a really good custom pizza at a really good price.

This was my first time going to a Blaze Pizza. I liked the place, it seemed clean. I loved the option of customizing your pizza. My kids and I thought the pizza was pretty decent. However, I would never return to this location due to how incredibly rude the lady was who was working this afternoon. She literally called my daughter "missy". She was very short and aggressive with us, and seemed like she actually not only hated her job but that she had disdain for us. My kids and I were shocked at the behavior. I don't know if she treats all the customers that way, but it was highly unprofessional, uncalled for, and unwarranted. I will never return to this location if we are going to be met with such hostility. Reading through previous reviews, it seems the owners don't train or hire employees to give any sort of good customer service. Good service goes a long way. If we had good service from a friendly staff member, we would want to return again and this review would have been much different.

Every single time I go in here I have horrible customer service gave them the benefit of the doubt today because I had a free pizza place an online order and again horrible customer service. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Her name was Amber my order was stacked very tall where I could not see it the name on the order, she proceeded to yell it says what it says so then a customer had to tell me the name I then asked for ranch and she threw a fit about having to serve up ranch cups, and tried to make another employee do it when he did not she basically threw the ranch cups at me to get me out the door. I asked her for her name and left promptly not impressed, and will not be coming back, if you read the reviews, others have complained about the poor customer service here

Unfortunately, this location has made a fast slide downhill this year. The following issues have been observed over several visits this year (2023). 1. Missing items on app ordered pizza. 2. App allows curbside pickup as an option and they do not bring it to your car, pizza sat getting cold while I waited. 3. Filthy sneeze guards, counters, space between toppings. Clearly had not been wiped down in hours. 4. Dude making pizza wiped his hands on his shirt. 5. There's a weird vibe from employees now. Wasn't there a couple of years ago.
