This place just keep getting better. I love the daily specials, especially Taco Tuesday, of course! They have a good amount of seating, fast service, and really good food. And to top it off, they have legit al pastor from a trompo, not stuff that was just fried on the grill. I come here almost every week, and now I have another great reason.

QUESABIRRIA WAS EXCELLENT. My girlfriend and I are driving through Paso Robles on our way to Hearst Castle from the SF North Bay Area where quesabirra has been very popular, especially among the taco truck scene. Competitions are held between the trucks as well. Burritos Express was far superior to my local scene. Giant draft Modelo was only $7. You will not be disappointed!

I hate to post this review because im a local and im not about bringing small businesses down that are trying to succeed which is why ill keep it at 2 stars. i just feel like this needs to be addressed. I went in with my family. We ordered two plain bean and cheese burritos and two burgers. The total came out to $50! I was charged $12 for a plain bean and cheese burrito. When we got the burgers, both were completely raw and cold, I requested two more which came back still slightly pink in the middle one being un-edible, my two-year-old was only able to eat pieces of our bean and cheese burrito and fries so we had to get food again for her. It's the next day now and I'm feeling sick and nauseous. I'm not trying to attack anyone. I'm just trying to explain the truth and notify people to just be careful. I provided pictures of the raw burger we received. In all honesty, this deserves a one star, but I'm not about bringing this business down. I just hope they see this post and use it as a lesson to make themselves better, because they are serving locals and are part of a community, and they need to be reminded of that .

Great taco spot to stop by on the drive from Santa Cruz to LA. I ordered the birria, pastor, asada and carnitas tacos and they all tasted spectacular. I recommend the pastor taco.

Decent food that fulfills the hunger craving. Nothing amazing but they are good. Probably some of the better options in this town.

My girlfriend had been craving aguachile for days so we finally decided to buy some from here, but to be honest the the aguachile was a let down. The shrimp chunks were way too big, and uncut. It also tasted of mainly lime and wasn't spicy at all. We got our food to-go and were given no utensils. The aguachile was put in a to-go box which spilled all in the bag by the time we got home to eat, we ended up just throwing it away. Overall it wasn't a very good experience. We tipped anyways and the burrito was ok. I'm sorry one star for this place though.

Great little hole in the wall, on the east side of Paso. We come here for breakfast burritos after early soccer games. Service is quick, and the burritos are pretty big. We usually get eggs and bacon, but recently I've been loving the machaca burritos. They come with your choice of red or green sauce, but I get an extra portion of red sauce on the side, and it makes me sweat. The ambiance isn't fabulous, a few tables and chairs scattered around, but you can have a beer with your carne asada burrito at lunch, and you won't go broke.

The food is good but they don't seem to have all of the kinks worked out yet as a new business. I ordered through their website which said I'd get a discount as it was my first order. But you pay at the register so I still had to wait in line and then didn't get my discount. The kitchen was cranking out food but the window was full and all surrounding flat surfaces were covered in food ready to be served. With only one person at the register and no additional servers, the line was long and it was chaos. I didn't dare try to get the discount that was advertised. What also frustrates me is there are no ingredients listed on their website. Does it come with onion, guacamole, cheese? Who knows. Again, the food was good. They just need some better organization. I'm adding a photo of the menu postcard I brought home.Parking: Shared lot with many other storefronts.

Definitely one of my favorite taco Tuesday places. The tacos were great and had plenty of meat on them. $2 taco definitely worth it. We had the birria, pastor, and asada tacos and they tasted great. The people at the counter where you order were very friendly. You take a seat and they bring your order to you. Looking at the menu it's a reasonable price and we will definitely be back to try more options.
