Isolated small campus villa where the grapes are grown, and the rooms are really nice. There are two Tesla home chargers available for EVs. Complementary breakfast was excellent, served buffet style and crafted by their chef. Notably, bacon pancakes were airy and had structure to keep them light. Other morning treats make the breakfast a multi act show. Highly recommend.

Small beautiful hidden gem of a hotel. The property is very small with only about 8 rooms. Makes it very intimate. The breakfast that was provided by the hotel was simple but very pleasant and filling. We stayed in the Wine Makers Villa. Pictures don’t justify the beauty of the room. It has two full bedrooms each with a full bathroom, and an outside Jacuzzi. I would love to come back and enjoy of the room and property. Don’t pass this property by it’s such a quiet, beauty.Rooms: The wine makers villa was absolutely stunning, beautiful hard wood floors with high wood beam ceiling.Nearby activities: You would need to drive to all locations it’s about 15 mins from downtown Paso Robles.Safety: Very safe the property has a gate that closes at night.Walkability: Not much places to walk to.Food & drinks: No current restaurant on site you would need to drive about 8 mins or more. They do provide breakfast with stay.

I love working at this venue! I'm a wedding coordinator and work along side Ruth and her team of professionals often. They really go above and beyond here! It's the most beautiful venue in this county and from a coordinators perspective , a total dream venue. They have everything you need, all inclusive and the food is truly unmatched. You're lucky if you book this treasure for your wedding

Let me start by saying this…my daughter’s wedding at CaliPaso was MAGICAL!You and your guests will be transported to Italy without all the costs and lengthy plane flights. From the building architecture to the surrounding vineyards, CaliPaso truly feels like a European destination wedding. If you didn’t know any better, our wedding photos look like they were taken in the Tuscan region of Italy. The grounds were beyond gorgeous. The area for the ceremony was an architecturally stunning building with a grand staircase & fountain. It couldn’t have been more spectacular. The adjacent reception area also felt like a courtyard in Italy with string lights that enhanced the ambiance throughout the evening. We rented the entire venue so family was able to stay on site for the weekend which made the occasion that much more special for those closest to us. The rooms were fabulous & spacious with breathtaking views of a vineyard from the balconies. But the best part was the bridal suite, it was like a beautiful home found only in magazines which allowed for gatherings of friends and family throughout the weekend.I need to comment on the food, it was absolutely amazing! It was the thing most people commented on besides the venue. Portion sizes were great and it was restaurant quality, which is hard to accomplish with a large guest count. How can you beat that?!

Lastly, Ruth was our contact person from start to finish. She was so helpful, patient, caring, and never made you feel like you were asking too many questions. Ruth made us feel so special!CaliPaso will always have a special place in our hearts! You can’t go wrong booking your wedding at this venue…it will be a highlight for you and your guests for years - it is that unique.

From the warm welcoming to the gorgeous room with a vineyard view this is a must stay. The breakfast was delicious every morning. The room was large, cozy and relaxing. The staff is top notch. We will come back to Calipaso every time we come to Paso Robles.

Wow. For the villa on a overnight stay. Wow. On Travelocity, I found a great price for a room, midweek, $214 all in. It seemed well-priced, but I what I didn't know yet, it was a steal. About 10 rooms only, it's part of a vast and gorgeous winery and vineyard. I can only comment on the rooms and breakfast included. But the grounds, super lovely. The check-in process was easy, and I was escorted to our room. The room is HUGE! Monster-size bathroom with awesome shower and two sinks, all tile bedroom, step down into a small living area with sofa, chair, fireplace, and TV and then what I loved, a balcony with 2 chairs overlooking the vineyard. Very comfortable, I tell ya!The breakfast buffet is AYCE, but nothing fancy. Eggs, a meat, fruit, cereal, toast, coffee/tea, small housemade muffins, and perhaps the best, fresh french toast made-to-order (but I didn't try).I loved our stay. Memorable.

If you are truly looking for a beautiful venue and want to feel like you have traveled to Europe, you must check out Calipaso Winery and Villa! Simply put, words do not give justice to this beautiful property. My daughter just got married here in May and it was nothing short of MAGICAL! Being a foodie, it was important to me to serve food and wine to our guests that was not only tasty, but also special, creative and fantastically prepared. And wow, Cassandra the chef and her staff did not disappoint and were simply AMAZING !Furthermore, I cannot say enough about Ruth and her staff....What top notch people; so warm, friendly and accommodating. The exterior grounds and interior rooms are well maintained and simply gorgeous. For me, one of the best parts about this venue, is that you can rent the entire villa for your wedding which includes 8 suites and a huge winemakers suite that all overlook the vineyard. This is especially convenient, comfortable and beautiful... a real perk for a destination wedding as the entire family can be together.

If you want to visit Paso Robles and have an escape to a European like feel with views of the vineyards, this is your place. Small boutique hotel with a wine tasting included in the stay, and the wine is actually really good.Corinna at the front desk was so kind and helpful. As soon as we arrived we came down 5 notches.Photos don’t do it justice, clean and classy.

We just came back from a surprise trip that my husband planned for my birthday and all I can say is wow! This hotel is sooo beautiful and I love that it is so quiet and peaceful! We walked around in the evening and it was so serene. On our first night, my husband planned a private dinner by Cassandra and OMG it was such an amazing experience! Her server Otelia was the absolute sweetest. Cassandra worked with my husband to plan every detail of the dinner and she greeted us upon arrival. The food was so fresh and tasted amazing. Cassandra is an amazing chef! The front desk staff was so nice too! I wish I caught the name of the staff member who was trying to help us find something to do on our second night since we were trying to find something to do for Cinco de Mayo. She even called our room after we left with more recommendations. We stayed at the Winemaker's Residence, and it was beautiful! I love that it's at the end so we had privacy. It was nice and clean! The only thing we didn't get to take advantage of was the complimentary tasting downtown that they provided to guests. I wish it was on site so we could have done it as an evening activity. The last thing to comment on was the breakfast at the bistro each morning. It was yummy and such a nice option to have to start off our day. Another wish is that this bistro was open for other meals so we could stay on site.

This is an amazing place to spend the night, especially if romance is on the menu. Big fireplace, big jacuzzi tub, big bed. Have breakfast in town. Theirs isn't worth it.

My husband and I got married at CaliPaso in May 2022 and it was the most magical and beautiful day of our lives!! The venue is drop dead gorgeous and also extremely intimate. The lights strung above and hung on olive trees provided a beautiful ambiance for the reception and there were tons of beautiful areas for photos and different parts of the day. We also loved staying at the venue with our families for the weekend. We were able to have a small after party on site because of this which made the night even more fun.On top of that, the people and food were AMAZING. Ruth was such a joy to work with and everyone else working at CaliPaso made our wedding weekend seamless and fun. We got numerous compliments on both the venue and the food. If you're contemplating getting married here, do it!

Very nice dinner experience. Food is very good. The chef came around and greeted guests. The chef told us about their cooking classes and gave us a mini tour. I should have taken more pictures. I guess that means I have to come back!
