When we ate at the bar the food was really good this time around it wasn't as great I do however absolutely love their avocado rolls I did get those and they were fine I also got a side Caesar salad which some of the lettuce was a little brown but it happens I get it but the little game tablets were absolutely disgusting and sticky and need to be wiped down also the table itself was sticky and just wasn't cleaned really good just being honest not trying to be snarky I just haven't really had a really good experience except for that one time when I ate at the bar and the food was exceptional and I've been in and out of Chili's for 10 plus years in different locations across the United States

I think I've been here years ago, sometimes it difficult to see if the place is open as I drive by on the freeway. Well its my lucky day, I sat at the bar as I'm by myself, in between shuttle runs for a wedding down the road. I ordered a soda water no fruit to start, no calories, no sugar, no caffeine. I ordered the bacon bbq burger, those calories should make up for the missed soda. Bartender Paul was hustling drinks behind the bar and taking care of the few tables he had been sat. He was right there when I sat and his great service never faltered. So I ordered that burger with fries and a side of the cole slaw. Bout as fast as one could actually put it on the grill and get it cooked it was out and in front of me. We got a winner! The double deck burger was great, too much really but this was my linner. Fries hot and crispy, cole slaw was cole slaw nothing to report there and I enjoyed every bite. So as you drive past and think ah...Chili's there's still time to take the Main st. exit and drive the mile back to the restaurant, it'll do you good.Thanks PaulFoodguy-Martin

My family eats here a lot, today I ordered online through the app. I didn't realize 2 of my orders had guacamole and margaritas attached. I tried to call right after I placed the order. It took calling 4 separate times for someone to finally answer. The previous 3 calls where spent on hold for 5+ minutes then disconnected due to (technical errors). I spoke with the manager who tried to claim I was getting a good deal but that they couldn't remove the extra items. They didn't have a host/ hostess station so my first 3 calls where ignored. Due to the lack of staffing I wasn't able to speak with anyone in time to change my order and now I'm having to pay for items I don't even want.

Love chilis I always order the steak with baked potato and broccoli. Broccoli is always spot on. Drinks are good however the decor is a bit lacking. Benches torn with duct tape which wouldn't be an issue except climbing into the booth and your hand touches it you get the tape adhesives on your hand and clothing.

ZERO STARS!! This place is horrible. My family and I were visiting from out of town so we decided to place an order online through the Chili's website for delivery to our hotel.When our food was delivered we were missing a full meal, even though the receipt showed I was charged for it. I was not going to make a big deal about them coming back to deliver it, but I did want a refund for the meal we never received. I called Chili's 4 times before I got anyone to pick up the phone and when I did reach a live person, I got transferred to an extension that ultimately hangs up on you if no one answers. Go figure. I continue to call back again, after 3 more tries, I get a live person again and ask for a manager so I can get a partial refund, she let me know the manager Heather is busy but would call me back. 1 week later and still no call back. It's not about the measly refund, it's the principle. This is a restaurant, good customer service goes a long way! Do better!

I watched the manager Toya berate, cuss and scream at the bartender for taking a steak back to the kitchen that was undercooked. My husband finally got up and asked the manager to keep the in the kitchen and she preceded to yell at him that " we had no idea what she deals with ". She kept going so we paid and as we were leaving I told her how horrible she is and she started yelling at me " bye, bye, bye" over and over. Other regular patrons said this is normal behavior.

Ordered over a month ago for pick up. Received someone else’s food.I called the store spoke to the manager she stated she would refund the money back to my bf card and send us a 20$ gift card. Nothing was ever received very disappointed and ridiculous will not eat here again.

Had a great lunch! Great food and great service! Definitely was one of our best experiences at chili's. Food came out hot & crispy and our server got our order very quickly! We will definitely be back more often.

We came twice this week because of the great service and food! The bartender Mark not only makes great drinks but he Takes orders while making aweseome reccomendations. Mark keeps an eye on his guests as well and keep drinks and chips topped off with care. The rest of the staff was excelente as well being sure to offer condiments and ensuring our order was just right. CHILIS PASO always has a winning team and their dine in experience is a home run every time from the host to the kitchen staff. Were been coming for years but especialy lately as they have an all star team this season!!! Be sure to tip people!
It’s ok. If you had a better experience at Chili’s ? before you might want to lower that a bit. It wasn’t the place but the food quality wasn’t there anymore. Also, as I was walking in to the men’s restroom, I saw a female staff walk out after a male patron.

I gave 4 stars as this was a good visit food took a long time to come out but our server was making sure that my family and I were taken care of drink wise and updating us constantly on our food.Parking: The walk from parking lot to front door is a little walk but is doable.

The food was great. I had veggie fajitas and they were delicious. The restaurant was fairly busy and seemed to be understaffed. Our server was running like crazy but there were several things that she forgot about or just didn't notice. Our empty plates sat at our table for quite awhile. We finally placed them on an empty table and they were retrieved from there. When trying to get our servers attention or asking for something she gave us the impression that we were bothering her. I don't like feeling like that when I go out to have dinner.

I was so looking forward to a margarita and chips n salsa at #chili's last night.But they REFUSED to seat me at a table because my girls were not there, yet.Apparently you are not allowed to be seated, She told me until your whole party is present. I told her that as soon as she seated me, I would immediately order, and she still told me NO

We were totally disappointed with our Chili's experience. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered drinks, and appetizer, and our meals. We got our drinks in a timely matter. We waited and waited and waited for the appetizer. We ordered the 3 dips, white, skillet, and guacamole. Stuff I'm sure is premade and just needs to be warmed. I finally asked the waiter (Grayson) about it. He apologized and went to check. We waited some more. Finally it was brought out. A minute later our meals were brought out. My son ordered the ribs, brisket quesadilla, and chicken tenders. Instead of ribs they brought him sausage. When brought to the waiters attention he promptly brought out the ribs. All of us had fries, which were cold. I brought this to the waiters attention and he promptly apologized. I expected him to bring us all some hot fries, which he did not do! My daughter asked for a side of ranch, which wasn't brought out until I asked again. My daughter and I both ordered the mushroom swiss burger and both of us agreed that it was a good burger. The rest of the experience left a bad taste in our mouths, so we will not be returning to Chili's any time soon.
