Staff was very welcoming and friendly, but the food and coffee were terrible. What a disappointing way to start the day!

Short review for Cowgirl Cafe. This is a casual, country themed restaurant in Paso Robles. It can get crowded on the weekends, but the food is pretty good solid American standards. The chicken fried steak is very good. The folks working are friendly and helpful. This is a good place for breakfast.

If you are looking for a good old fashion breakfast, this is the place. Huge portions, great service, and really good food. This has become my breakfast place when I am in Paso.

Loved it. If the waitress had a hairnet and a marbrel red it would have been perfect. Fast, personable, delicious. Drive 2 hours for the chicken fried steak.

We were vacationing in town when we decided to stop by for a family breakfast at this restaurant. Waited patiently close to an hour for a table and noticed we kept getting passed up. Customers just came and went all the while we were ignored. It didn't take us long to realize what was going on. We walked away while the servers laughed and snickered behind us. Shame on this establishment and people that work here for treating us this way.

My experience at Cowgirl Cafe in Paso Robles was extremely disappointing. We waited 45 minutes and saw everyone else get seated promptly. The staff seemed disorganized and unable to handle the number of customers efficiently. We were later informed they accidentally marked us off the list and would not have a table available for us anytime soon. As a breakfast restaurant, one would expect a smooth operation, but this was far from the case. Not only did we have to wait an unreasonable amount of time for a table, but the overall atmosphere was chaotic and uninviting. The lack of organization and customer service skills left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend Cowgirl Cafe to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Excellent food! Delicious fluffy biscuit, heavenly veggie omelette with crisp fresh onions and bell peppers, and sweet fresh fruit instead of hash browns. Friendly efficient waitress.

Super yummy food and the atmosphere inside is a 10! I'll be sure to come back for their patriotism alone. Here are some full pictures of the menu.

Great food, very large portions. My husband and I usually share. Service is always fast. Employees are pleasant and smiling! Also, this is a decent size restaurant, good for big groups.

This is a must stop for anyone visiting Paso Robles. It's just as good now as it was over 20 years ago.
