Fast and friendly service, although it's all automated it would be nice to have the option to verbally order. It's a very quiet and clean store. They're a teeny bit expensive being $5 a cookie but Ive seen places charge more so not too bad for the size you get. The biggest downside is they aren't very flavorful which was a bummer to discover after hearing all the hype. I'd say about 6/10 on the flavor, not the best but not the worst. All together it's worth the try Most likely will visit again!!

Bought the 4-pack as a gift and paid an extra $1 for the "gift wrap" which consisted of a 2 cent elastic and a cheap sticker. The sticker was stuck with thick crumbs underneath and the box was damaged on pick up. Two of the cookies were smaller than expected and the "hostess cupcake cookie" looked like a two year old made it. $20 badly spent. 1/31/24 female employee
Tried out a cookie today at crumbl cookies and it was one of the best cookies I've ever eaten.I remember Mrs fields cookies from the mall in Los angeles growing up.Crumbl cookies may be even better and I'll keep coming back to try the other cookie flavors they have.

I like that we have a crumbl cookie location. The service you get can range from an angsty teen that doesn't care at all to an employee that wants to too a cheerful dissertation on each cookie of the week. The vibe is a quick grab and go and not a chill sit down spot which I truly don't mind with now good the cookies are.

Went today after lunch and no one was there. We yelled, said hello a million times and nothing. 6 minutes. Nothing. Could have left with the cash register or anything else around. Went to See's candy, then back to your cookie shop and finally, the one employee was there. One cookie purchased. Done. Probably won't be back
